Elektrikli Araç şarj istasyonuna bir araç park etmişti aracımız şarj edemedik, otopark görevliside çok kaba ve ilgisiz bir adamdı bence Hilton'a yakışan bir personel değil.Resepsiyona söylediğimizde onlarda çok ilgilenmedi ve biz sabah erken kalkıp şarj etmek zorunda kaldık. Biz oteli bu sebepten tercih etmiştik ,eğer bu hizmet sağlanma yolunda bir altyapı varsa kullanılmalı ve normal araçların oraya park etmesi engellenmeli.

We’ve stayed two times at the Hilton Garden Inn while in Istanbul and it has been the cleanest Hotel we have stayed in the area. The front receptionists Ruya and Tulay were AMAZING! These two young ladies are some of the kindest and most generous I’ve seen so far on our 1 month trip to Turkey. We’ve been to many other hotels but no one was generous and helpful like these two ladies. Keep up the good work girls! Our housekeeper Kursat was wonderful and very helpful. Very generous man and takes care of any of your needs and room. Some other hotels have a bad smell to the room but there was no smell in these rooms. Great views on the upper 20th and 21st floors we stayed in. Currently, construction going on at the front so recommend booking at the back of the hotel until that building is complete. The only problem was it is a bit far from the city centre and the main attractions of Istanbul which can be a 20-30 min taxi ride. Also, wi-fi was not that great and got really slow during the night but called the front desk and they were able to fix it. There is some walking distance restaurants nearby which was great.

Gece 27 dereceyle yatip sabah 30 derecelere uyaniyorduk. Teknik ekip bize bir mini fan verdi fakat konaklama boyunca cektigimiz zorlugu siz tahmin edin:D surekli ozur dilenip hakli oldugum soylendi ama kesinlikle bir cozum bulunmadi.

Merhabalar kızlarımla 2 gün konaklama yaptık 3 kişi olmamıza rağmen otele gittiğimizde kimliklerimizi ibraz ettik kızlarımın otel girişlerini yapmadıkları gibi 2 yataklı bir oda vermişler otele geç giriş yaptığımız için diğer gün resepsiyona durumu anlattım bana kızlarınızın girişide yapılmamış dedi ve yardımcı olacağına akşam hangi personelimiz ilgilendi arkadaşımız yeni işe başladı deyip çokda oralı olmadı Hilton gibi bir otelde bu durumun yaşanması şaka gibi bir daha mı….

I can't emphasize enough how much this hotel needs overall improvement. If it’s part of Hilton, I would expect most of the staff to speak English. However, the front desk staff clearly need more training, particularly in their language skills.

Good hotel and room service options. The day before my checkout, I was prompted to check out 3 times by staff. After clearing up the misunderstanding, they still went ahead and deactivated my room key card. On the day of checkout, staff refused to help me get my suitcase down to the lobby, despite them knowing I had just had surgery.

We’ve stayed two times at the Hilton Garden Inn while in Istanbul and it has been the cleanest Hotel we have stayed in the area. The front receptionists Ruya and Tulay were AMAZING! These two young ladies are some of the kindest and most generous I’ve seen so far on our 1 month trip to Turkey. We’ve been to many other hotels but no one was generous and helpful like these two ladies. Keep up the good work girls! Our housekeeper Kursat was wonderful and very helpful. Very generous man and takes care of any of your needs and room. Some other hotels have a bad smell to the room but there was no smell in these rooms. Great views on the upper 20th and 21st floors we stayed in. Currently, construction going on at the front so recommend booking at the back of the hotel until that building is complete. The only problem was it is a bit far from the city centre and the main attractions of Istanbul which can be a 20-30 min taxi ride. Also, wi-fi was not that great and got really slow during the night but called the front desk and they were able to fix it. There is some walking distance restaurants nearby which was great.

I stayed here in early May for 10 nights, the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was great. The customer service is excellent, if the staff cannot understand you use Google translate. The hotel is far from the city centre, I used Uber for taxis and I never had a problem, I didn't know Uber worked in Turkey. The grounds are nice and there is 24 hour security, and also, a pool and gym. The restaurant food is brilliant, I recommend the Margherita pizza. You can't wash your clothes for a cheap price or you can get the hotel to do it for you. The coffee and tea is delicious and the view from the room is something else.

It was a pleasant place to stay, but the dinner menu was awful. In Turkye I expected wonderful Turkish food, not hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken wings and McDonald's type foods. Fortunately your fabulous staff recommended a wonderful restaurant and called a taxi for us.
