Staff did not update pool was out of service a made the point of “well it would close in an hour anyways”.. the blinds let all the bright light through. Your back will need their wellness center after sleeping on the beds. There was no body wash, only shampoo.

Stayed here by chance because Taylor Swift was in town and IHG was sold out. Our stay was fine, staff worked really had to be accommodating. It is an older Holiday Inn they are rehabilitating, heated pool was enjoyable. Not sure if I believe in the healing powers of the Tesla Med-Bed, but clean, safe and a good value. We would stay again.

We went to bring in the new year pool side with a in jacuzzi and the pool was closed, and the jacuzzi was filthy. Showed housekeeping and manager didn't reach out regarding our complaints.

Breakfast was great. Workout room was incredible. Awesome pool. Comfortable bed. Building seemed pretty old, but they did a nice job updating it. No elevator kinda sucked with moving bags. Wish there was more of them around

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Our only issue was a very noisy air conditioning system. We did not do the included breakfast, but it was very adequate. I would have liked to see a protein on it.

The employees were so happy and helpful, and they help the facilities immaculately clean! The rooms had solid floors, and were wonderful! Everything was great and the condition of the resort was impeccable!

Property is old (slow drains, low ceilings, thin walls) but recently updated and very clean. I could hear people above walking around till 3am. Cont. breakfast was great and opening at 6am was perfect. For the price hard to beat just hopefully your neighbors go to bed.

Blood was in multiple places on our sheets and a yellow spot was found on the comforter. Came back at 4:30 from a wedding so we just took them off and slept without sheets. Staff did not cosign the condition of the room and apologized but no manager called as staff said they would.

My recent stay at the Tesla MedBed Center left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. The gym is the absolute best part of this hotel. In the back, section F, room 159, there was no hot water at night. The TV connection did not work and you cannot let fresh air into the room as the windows do not open.

This newly opened hotel and resort is a very nice place to stay with lots of potential. The natural healing, energy, and wellness focus of the hotel is fantastic. The focus on Nikola Tesla is a beautiful tribute to a magnificent man and inventor. The dining room/restaurant is wonderful. The food selection is fantastic and the prices are so reasonable. The food was so delicious and appetizing! The hallways and rooms are nice, but have an institutional feel to them. It has the look and feel of a hospital. The walls are whitewashed with little other colors. The rooms need darkening curtains or blinds added to the windows to promote better sleep. Unfortunately, we were woken up by people talking loudly in the hallway both nights we were there. It is definitely worth staying here because they have so much to offer. There are just some areas that need some improvement and some changes made.

Pleasantly surprised considering the place looked vacant from the outside (parking lot was empty). Inside and room were well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable. Only downside (and because no one was there, it turned out not to be) was the 2 inch gap under the door. Could have been noisy and in a full hotel. Need to seal that up.

as a recovering alcoholic 17 years strong there was two unopened beers in the fridge small rooms beds was ok but there was limited plugs to plug our devices in it was very industrial and wasn’t warm feeling the outside light would not go off at night frankly it felt like a nursing home

The facilities were clean and welcoming, however, I had to spend 20 minutes checking to a confirmed reservation due to "upgraded systems". Giving information again and again. Drove to our entry door which was furthest from the desk only to discover they gave us keys to wrong room, it only had one bed not the 2 we needed. Walked all the way back to desk who wanted to talk about how she was going to deal with next large party arriving. Finally got keys. Breakfast was very lackluster, nothing hot except instant oatmeal but there were no bowls to eat it in. There was also no whole wheat bread for toast. Returned to room, the way we left through courtyard only to find our key didnt work. Walked around to unlock from inner hall, but of course we had deadbolted last night. Universal hotel key would not work, lock apparently is busted. Tried all manner of door/keys/locks with maid and front desk. Nothing. Had to wait for maintenance guy who didn\'t know how to use own tool. 30 minutes later, we got back into room. only como they were willing to give us was an auto massage, but we were now an hour late leaving.

This stay was just for an overnight. Place was very nice. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Was able to use the indoor pool in the later evening and was very relaxing. Room was clean and beds for very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and hopefully for a longer duration.

Blood was in multiple places on our sheets and a yellow spot was found on the comforter. Came back at 4:30 from a wedding so we just took them off and slept without sheets. Staff did not cosign the condition of the room and apologized but no manager called as staff said they would.

Pleasantly surprised considering the place looked vacant from the outside (parking lot was empty). Inside and room were well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable. Only downside (and because no one was there, it turned out not to be) was the 2 inch gap under the door. Could have been noisy and in a full hotel. Need to seal that up.

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Our only issue was a very noisy air conditioning system. We did not do the included breakfast, but it was very adequate. I would have liked to see a protein on it.

The facilities were clean and welcoming, however, I had to spend 20 minutes checking to a confirmed reservation due to "upgraded systems". Giving information again and again. Drove to our entry door which was furthest from the desk only to discover they gave us keys to wrong room, it only had one bed not the 2 we needed. Walked all the way back to desk who wanted to talk about how she was going to deal with next large party arriving. Finally got keys. Breakfast was very lackluster, nothing hot except instant oatmeal but there were no bowls to eat it in. There was also no whole wheat bread for toast. Returned to room, the way we left through courtyard only to find our key didnt work. Walked around to unlock from inner hall, but of course we had deadbolted last night. Universal hotel key would not work, lock apparently is busted. Tried all manner of door/keys/locks with maid and front desk. Nothing. Had to wait for maintenance guy who didn\'t know how to use own tool. 30 minutes later, we got back into room. only como they were willing to give us was an auto massage, but we were now an hour late leaving.

Property is old (slow drains, low ceilings, thin walls) but recently updated and very clean. I could hear people above walking around till 3am. Cont. breakfast was great and opening at 6am was perfect. For the price hard to beat just hopefully your neighbors go to bed.

This newly opened hotel and resort is a very nice place to stay with lots of potential. The natural healing, energy, and wellness focus of the hotel is fantastic. The focus on Nikola Tesla is a beautiful tribute to a magnificent man and inventor. The dining room/restaurant is wonderful. The food selection is fantastic and the prices are so reasonable. The food was so delicious and appetizing! The hallways and rooms are nice, but have an institutional feel to them. It has the look and feel of a hospital. The walls are whitewashed with little other colors. The rooms need darkening curtains or blinds added to the windows to promote better sleep. Unfortunately, we were woken up by people talking loudly in the hallway both nights we were there. It is definitely worth staying here because they have so much to offer. There are just some areas that need some improvement and some changes made.

Breakfast was great. Workout room was incredible. Awesome pool. Comfortable bed. Building seemed pretty old, but they did a nice job updating it. No elevator kinda sucked with moving bags. Wish there was more of them around

If you like a clean hotel, please do not believe the reviews. The staff was great. That was the only good thing about this place. I cannot speak to the amenities, because the hotel was so poorly maintained that I refused to even leave my room. The whole place smelled old and musty upon our arrival. There was a very strong odor in the entire building. My room was much worse, it smelled like an old, wet basement. I had a hard time falling asleep because of the smell. The furnishings are incredibly outdated and the whole room felt dirty. The floors were all laminate flooring and they had a gritty, dirty feeling to them. The bathroom was in major need of new flooring, it was dirty and water came out of the tub black when you turned it on. It had to run for a few seconds until it got clear. I could hear the TV in the next room. The walls and doors are thin. The whole hotel needs remodeled. It has been very poorly maintained. Then to top it all off, one of the biggest ugliest bugs I have ever seen ran out from under the dresser. I would have left if it had not been so late when we arrived. Never again would I stay here. This was the same as an old motel. It was the most awful experience.

There was no movement of air out of the bathroom vent. Apparently the air conditioner did not exchange air either, and there was no control or that on the air conditioner. So the room was very very humid. Cool the air with the same amount of moisture, and the humidity is higher. It was the high 80s and humid outside, so I didn't check if the Windows could open. I had to use the hairdryer to clear the mirror enough to be used. The tub/shower always had drops of water near the drain. The bed had a fluffy top on the mattress, which made it hard to move. I was able to sleep well, but I was mostly out of the room doing things. Breakfast was minimal.
