The room, the property was excellent. We had to go back twice because the room wasn’t ready, which delayed our arrival time, and we were scheduled to check in at 3 PM. while we got there at 2 o’clock, they said the room wasn’t ready, came back at 3 o’clock, they said the room wasn’t ready, they said it’d be about another hour and a half, got there at 4:30, and finally a 4:45 our room was ready, and we had to be at dinner at 5:15 how was the only issue we had was the late check-in

Well maintained property. The bar and restaurant seem understaffed and were generally preoccupied with checking in guests but over all not bad.

It was a bit disappointing that the hotel did not have dedicated parking. When I reserved, it said parking was $25/day, but the location was in the public RTD garage, it was not a hotel parking garage.

The entire first day and night we did not have any hot water. We had to shower in cold water. Receptionist mentioned we would get a refund. Still waiting to see it.

The staff barely said a word to us checking in, and entering and exiting the property. Just handed us a key, with no explanation on where the elevators were, what the WiFi details were. Room was ok tho. Staff terrible. Wouldn’t go back
