Personnel très à l'écoute, extrêmement agréable, souriant, patient avec des clients français dont l'anglais est plutôt limité. Restaurants très bons, chambre très confortable.

We had to face issues right from checkin. Hotels.com let me book for two adults and a teen child but hotel did not accept this. I had to show the confirmation emails to be checked in. Even after sharing my check in experience there as no response from hotel. The rooms here cannot accommodate three as listed. I had to change to bigger to a suite which too did not accommodate three (no sofa bed). Rooms were not clean we had to consistently ask / remind staff to clean, provide toilet paper or bathroom towels. The breakfast was great. Good selection of items, friendly staff and freshly made dosas and Omellettes did balance out the other poor experience to an extent. I will not be picking this for my next stay though.

A WESTERN TRAVELLER REVIEW The hotel was of a higher standard than most Indian hotels I have stayed in. But by western hotel standards it was poor. If Marriott is 10/10, Holiday Inn is 7/10, this was a 4/10. The shower head sprayed up and over the shower, flooding the bathroom. The breakfast had flies feasting on my breakfast before me. (I ended up in Burger King for breakfast) Room service- I ordered a plain chicken burger with fries. I asked for the burger and bun only. I received a veggie burger with everything on it. Neither the fries or burger tasted good. The electric went off a couple of times. The light switches in the bedroom are a form of entertainment. On a positive note, the laundry was excellent. The room had no bugs. The mini fridge was cold. The pillows were good.
