Horrible property. We were 7 persons in 4 rooms. Our room had cockroaches. Their transportation arrangements was bad. I don’t recommend anyone staying there. I booked two cars for airport. Only one came. The manager asked if we can fit in one car, thats 7 persons, 7 suitcases and 7 carryons in one car. He was just ridiculous. Waited 50 mins for the second car to come. Never ever again.

The hotel is very clean, safe and comfortable. Heads up to Alpes he went above and beyond to help me with all my doubts. All the staff is very amazing, helpful and polite too. Breakfast is excellent! With a lot of healthy options, tons of variety and great quality! I also did a balinese massage at the SPA and it was wonderful. Shuttle service to the airport is great too. This stay exceeded my expectations so much I wish I could have had more days there! Namaste! 🙏

The room was clean,spacious (even with portable bed for my daughter, we had a king-size bed). The breakfast was awesome some dishes was freshly cooked). We stayed in holiday mode, i spoke to people on business who were having breakfast. Service at breakfast was good.

I’ve stayed here a few times while visiting Rajkot ! Rooms are large , bed was a bit soft ! Hotel evening buffet was better than I expected and along with my Rajkot host tried a lot of Indian foods that I had not previously enjoyed ! Plan ahead it’s hard to get alcohol in Rajkot if you need it !

There was no heating in the room and so, the technician said he would turn off the AC in the room and we should wait for the room to heat up naturally. It was 16 degrees, how was the room going to heat up. I asked to speak to the manager and he showed me some other rooms, of course with the same explanation. All rooms were cold. After insistence they provided us with a space heater. This is a 5 star hotel and escalation for temp control should not have to be escalated to a manager, it should be a line protocol.

The property is satisfactory and food is good too. The only one big complaint we had was about a front desk guy who was coughing his guts out at the front desk. It was disgusting. Finally we had to let him know to at least wear a mask his cough was so bad or take a few days off. He ignored our suggestion and kept infecting everyone around him with cough sputum everywhere around him. I think he had TB or Covid.
