At check-in, the lobby was dirty and in this repair. And walking to our room, the swimming pool was full of brown water with trash, floating in it. Hundreds of cigarette butts littered the grounds. When we got in our room, there were cup rings on the bedside table, the porcelain was chipping off the bathtub, there was a pubic hair on the toilet tank, and air fresheners were shoved down into the air conditioner vents to try and mask a bad odor. The adjoining door between our room and the next roomwas then at best and we could clearly hear the conversations of the people in the next room. By all appearances, this hotel is used for drugs and or prostitution. We went to the lobby, immediately canceled our reservation and found another hotel where we did not feel like we would be in danger all night long. The only positive redeeming part of this hotel was the young manworking the lobby who was very courteous and kind. Hotels.com should not even list this place, as no one should stay here ever.

The first day the pool was open, the next it was closed and it wasn’t just closed that day it was gonna be closed for a week we made sure it would be open before booking very disappointed in that and the pillows are to small and not comfortable and tv didn’t have anything good like Netflix

The property was extremely dirty and outdated. There are no signs of renovations. I was moved rooms 3 times due to insufficient maintenance and amenities. The swimming pool that was listed as open online was in fact not and was extremely dirty. The ice machine had frozen bugs in the cubes of ice. DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS WITH THIS MOTEL.

I was terribly disappointed in this property considering it is affiliated with Wyndham. The floor was very dirty, including water running out from under a wall. Bathroom door was loose and did not close without aid. Beds appeared ruffled as if they had not been changed, although the sheets did appear clean. The parking lot was littered with trash. Disappointed in our stay. The sheets were not clean as they had stains and hair. The shower curtain was dirty and mold towards the bottom. The towels were stained as well. I did not feel comfortable sleeping there but was too exhausted to check out and check in somewhere else. When booking a hotel next time, I will ensure to read reviews prior to booking instead of only trusting pictures.

This hotel is horrible!! $130 for a nasty hotel . The room was horrible, the floors were dirty with hair , dirt , bugs on the floor . The bathroom was the same bugs and dirt in the corners . The tub was dirty with hair and it wasn’t clean at all . Left to go eat we came back and people were smoking marijuana outside . The pictures they have online is deceiving , it doesn’t look like that at all . There wasn’t any continental breakfast. I am so disappointed with my stay. We will never go back to that place . Hopefully they will shut this location down.

This is just a dirty property overall. My bed had stains on it, one of the bath towels was folded under the bathroom sink but wet on the bottom of it, toilet looked filthy, bathtub was dirty enough that I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower, and there was a roach on my bag when I was leaving. Keep in mind, I didn't even leave my stuff on the floor. Everything was elevated on dressers and nightstands yet the roach still managed to get to my bag. I have no desire to ever stay there again. On a positive note, the staff were at least friendly.

Apon opening the door I was welcomed by about 30 roaches pictures don't lie. Huge pile of dirt that hasn't been properly weeks or months. Hair in the linens of both beds, and scandalous people hanging around at night not ho mention the ( I think homeless people) sleeping on the ground and concrete smells like a truck stop from all the pee. The microwave popped and sparked. Pictures on the app are false looks nothing like the actual rooms. I left and slept in my truck it was that bad. Anyone saying it's nice obviously must work there it's a freaking nightmare.

Not very clean. House keeper sprayed cleaner on headboard but never wiped it down. It just ran down and dried. Putty or something behind bathroom door on floor. Phone didn't work. Very noisy, people outside most of the night on Friday. Just not a place I felt safe. Old motel old fixtures with someone putting a bandaid on things that need to be replaced.

The property is in poor repair. The television didn't work and was hanging from the wall. Wall lamps didn't work and/or didn't have bulbs in them. The breakfast was poorly supplied. Someone from a corporate office should do a surprise inspection to determine how poorly run the hotel is. I would not visit or stay in another Wyndham property.

Could check in online. Otherwise horrible experience. Checked in around 3 pm and went to the local fair and rodeo to come to key not working for our room. Went to front desk and lady said it's cause we didn't check in which in fact we did how else did we get key cards and know which number we had? Idiot. Then said we were transferred to a different room number even though all our things were already in the other room. Then to get told that she assigned out room to someone else? Noo horrible experience. Finally got back into our room and shower/tub didn't work so yeah. And have not heard anything back from management for even an apology. People partying, smoking pot and in pool arguing into 2am didn't help either.

The wind was blowing and opening the door back-and-forth. I had to prop up a chair against it just so the door will not open. The tub hadbrust and hair in it. The toilet was peeling. They were stains on the covers and sheets. My toilet wouldn't stop running so I tried to use the phone in the room to call maintenance. But the phone doesn't work so I went downstairs and told them and they said maintenance leaves at 3. The walls are paper thin so you here everything. The front desk people are very nice.

The water for the shower wasn't hot just barely warm. The drain in the shower was draining like it was clogged. The bed spread and pillows had stains. The room wasn't easy for my elderly father who was staying in the room with me to get to as there were no elevators just stairs.

In the first room I was assigned the air conditioner did not work. Front desk quickly found me another room. Both rooms had an odor. The second room showed that updates had been done, but not maintained. The bathtub was stained and had a possible mold stain on the repaired ceiling. The vanity had burned? marks on it. There appeared to be many places with grease marks and poor quality repairs. The working air conditioner in my second room was loud enough that I had to put cotton in my ears in order to sleep. This is the worst Baymont by Wyndham I've ever seen.

I’m not sure how the facility all around was because I did not stay. When I went into the room I was registered for the bedding was dirty(covers) and the floor in the restroom had sitting water. Checking into the room the staff was pleasant and when I expressed my concern about room staff was accommodating returning fees

I expected a nicer facility since it is a Wyndham property. It is a motel with exterior doors into each room. We had to carry suitcases up outside metal stairs, not ideal for 65+ travellers. The linens had a sweaty smell. The water barely got warm. The staff were very nice and responded immediately when I called because the hair dryer didn’t work and brought a new one. We were travelling and were there less than 12 hours, but be aware what you are booking.

Room was clean. Loved the plank flooring instead of carpet. Staff was friendly & helpful. Only 3 pillows on king size bed & one of the three was so flat I folded it four times to make it thick enough to sleep on. We did not feel safe. Our room smoke detector battery cover was missing & there were no batteries. Breakfast was a joke, but coffee was good. LOUD party in parking lot until at least midnight. A simple call to police by staff would have easily stop that problem.

The second room showed that updates had been done, but not maintained. The bathtub was stained and had a possible mold stain on the repaired ceiling. The vanity had burned? marks on it. There appeared to be many places with grease marks and poor quality repairs. The working air conditioner in my second room was loud enough that I had to put cotton in my ears in order to sleep. This is the worst Baymont by Wyndham I've ever seen.

At check-in, the lobby was dirty and in this repair. And walking to our room, the swimming pool was full of brown water with trash, floating in it. Hundreds of cigarette butts littered the grounds. When we got in our room, there were cup rings on the bedside table, the porcelain was chipping off the bathtub, there was a pubic hair on the toilet tank, and air fresheners were shoved down into the air conditioner vents to try and mask a bad odor. The adjoining door between our room and the next roomwas then at best and we could clearly hear the conversations of the people in the next room. By all appearances, this hotel is used for drugs and or prostitution. We went to the lobby, immediately canceled our reservation and found another hotel where we did not feel like we would be in danger all night long. The only positive redeeming part of this hotel was the young manworking the lobby who was very courteous and kind. Hotels.com should not even list this place, as no one should stay here ever.

Worst hotel I’ve ever booked. Sketchy men hanging all around the hotel parking lot, lobby and in hallways. Loitering all over the place. ABSOLUTELY UNSAFE HOTEL. We could not stay even after checking in. We left. Do NOT waste time booking this trash heap.

There were drug deals going on in front of our room so we couldn’t even park. A van sat there with a woman and man in it, and they were not hiding their usage. It was loud until around 3 am. Place was in poor condition. Pics definitely were not recent that are online. Will not stay here again.

It is right off the highway which is convenient but also very loud with traffic all night. There were stains on the comforter and bedspread. There is a Dennys right next door and an Alsups convenience store across the street.

The property is in poor repair. The television didn't work and was hanging from the wall. Wall lamps didn't work and/or didn't have bulbs in them. The breakfast was poorly supplied. Someone from a corporate office should do a surprise inspection to determine how poorly run the hotel is. I would not visit or stay in another Wyndham property.

This hotel is horrible!! $130 for a nasty hotel . The room was horrible, the floors were dirty with hair , dirt , bugs on the floor . The bathroom was the same bugs and dirt in the corners . The tub was dirty with hair and it wasn’t clean at all . Left to go eat we came back and people were smoking marijuana outside . The pictures they have online is deceiving , it doesn’t look like that at all . There wasn’t any continental breakfast. I am so disappointed with my stay. We will never go back to that place . Hopefully they will shut this location down.

I couldn't get the TV remote to work and the desk clerk came by and fixed it right away. The continental breakfast was all you can eat and we'll stocked...even had boiled eggs.

Very disappointed in this Baymont Hotel. Our feet turned black from walking barefoot in the room because of dirty floors. Blood stains as well as other stains on bed cover, both chairs had stains and/or marks on them. Parking lot had lots of people just "hanging out" very late at night. Breakfast was not as expected. I recently stayed in another Baymont and it's breakfast had scrambled eggs and tater tots along with the waffles and cereal. This Baymont had just the make it yourself waffles and cereal.

Room was unsanitary, bad smell, door between the room that led to another guest room, where you could smell cigarette smoke and hear guest talking. It is not what we expected and that place needs to be inspected to make sure it's in compliance and in accordance to city or housing standards. I would not recommend this motel to anyone...

It was not a very good trip to this hotel. The reason for it is because the families were very loud they were constantly slamming the pool gate and being obnoxious all the way up until midnight. It was one of the hardest nights I've ever had in regards to any hotel trying to get some sleep. Then someone was going around and knocking on the doors around 1:00 a.m. in the morning which got more scary this was just not a very good trip at all. Personally I would love to have half my money back but I don't know but I will not be ever staying here again.
