Excellent location and room had everything you needed even a ghd hairdryer. The pillows are very thin so if you like a higher pillow ask for them. Wouldn’t bother booking breakfast it took an hour for drinks to come and longer for the actual breakfast. It was busy though with it being a Sunday and 10 o clock. Didn’t use the pool or gym. Parked in the q park across the road and the ticket was discounted. Great location to all the shops and bars. The doors also need to be soft closing to all rooms.

Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Apartment was comfortable and clean, bathroom was great. The gym and pool were fantastic and a great addition to already a perfect stay. Breakfast the following morning was lovely, great varied menu and food was beautiful. Absolutely no faults, loved it all.

The staff was super helpful and the room was tended to with care in terms of cleanliness. Also, the Pool was awesome as well as the gym which may have been one of the better hotel gyms ive experienced with up to date equipment and a noticeably well kept space.

The apartments lovely, friendly reception staff, explained everything to me simply and efficiently. Has a pool in the basement nearly as long Manchester Canal😀 jaquizzi and steam room and on level 1 well equipped gym.

I was pleasantly surprised at this accommodation. We chose two bedroom apartment and it was certainly like staying in a 4/6 star hotel in terms of the standard of the room, decor, cleanliness and comfort. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen/dining are has everything you need including a washing machine and dishwasher (we only stayed a night so didn’t need them but it would be perfect for a long weekend or bigger family booking). The swimming pool and sauna facilities are stunning. It looks like a brand new or recent development so everything is so clean and modern. The check in staff are the only people we encountered but they were really friendly and helpful. A lovely stay overall

One bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. All the devices and appliances worked well. Choice of breakfast was excellent and plenty. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel to bustling shopping centre was 5 mins walking distance. Car park not cheap!

How ever the room was not clean the sheets and bed was dirty and had blood stains on it as well as a towel and the rest etc the area was lovley the building was lovely how ever the room was let down

Hotel is in a great location for the city. Very clean & the suites have everything you could want. Lovely thick fluffy towels in room & nice products. The only place the hotel falls down is breakfast - the servers are lovely but the operation of getting orders out to guests is incredibly slow & at times chaotic - there were plates of food stacking up at the kitchen bypass with no servers taking the food out. One person was stacking plates…the kitchen area definitely needs addressing as this seems to be a common pattern with prior reviews. Despite this, I would still recommend & stay here in the future as room was great!

On the surface it looks fancy but scratch beneath the surface this place isnt great. Toilet brush dirty on arrival, stains on the furniture, the walls were marked, the bath was chipped. You pay a £100 deposit for if you damange the room, given the state of my room it felt as though they're setting you up to not get it back. I did try the pool and hot tub, the pool is of a decent length, the hot tub was more a luke warm tub with mininal bubbles... Not impressed and wont be styaing again.

The hotel has everything you need for a city stay. Reception looked great and smells amazing. Studio apartment big with plenty of room, could have fitted more than 2 in the room. Had pretty much everything you need for a short stay, could eat in with no issues. Pool was clean and completely empty when I went. Pillows in the room were the worst pillows I have ever seen in a hotel, were like a sheet or paper. The train line that runs down the side, although not that frequent it was actually very audible in the room on the 13th floor. The aircon was substandard for the size of the room/hotel - would have been better to leave the freezer door open. Mattress was very firm, too firm for my liking but that’s just a personal preference. That being said I would definitely book again, will just need to avoid the extreme hot months and bring my own pillow

Our stay was very nice, the location is excellent as was the pool. The only slight negative was that the kids said that the pullout sofa bed wasn’t very comfy.

The hotel is nice, very modern and updated. Lots of amenities if you are needing to cook within your room, etc. However, the bed was VERY hard and the pillows VERY flat. The AC also did not cool the room so we had to sleep with the window open which meant we could hear a lot of outside noise. Sleeping was definitely difficult. Parking was ideal as the garage was close and affordable and very easy to get in and out of. I'm not sure if I'd stay here again due to the difficulty sleeping but if it wasn't for that, I'd recommend the hotel. There's a lot nearby to do and places to eat.

The facilities in rooms are excellent, a fully equipped kitchen area, great bathroom, dining table and chairs, you could live their permanently as it has everything you would need. Situated two minutes from Selfridges, the Arndale Centre and bars and restaurants it is very convenient. Be aware there is a £100 deposit preauthorisation required until you have checked out and the room has been inspected. My only criticism is the bed is very hard, the option of a mattress topper would be good.

The apartment is advertised as having an entertainment package in the rooms, with Netflix etc, I was travelling for leisure so movie nights were a must, we got to the apartment and found out there was an ongoing issue with the internet on the televisions. I feel like if it's a long standing issue it should be noted somewhere.

Excellent location for central Manchester and transport links for surrounding areas. Nice, comfy rooms and plenty of space. I found the mattress a little hard but otherwise no complaints. Exactly what we were looking for in Manchester.

Truly lovely hotel. Pool is amazing. Very convenient location for shopping. The only drawbacks were the extreme firmness of the bed and the really noisy elevator announcements that go on all night. I had ear plugs so wasn’t overly bothered by the latter. Kitchen is very well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer and the coffee machine is a lovely luxury.

We loved our stay here. The only real negative we found was the smart TV wasn’t smart accessible because they block everything. It wasn’t life altering, but when we were settling down at night, we would think about watching a movie together and we couldn’t because we couldn’t connect to the TV. But there are ports that you can plug into (hdmi) if you remember to bring a device to cast to. Perfect location in the center of Manchester. Very walkable, whether it’s to the mall, to get food or go explore the city. Very spacious. Booked the two bedroom suite. The kitchen had everything you could need for basic cooking. They let you know when you check in that they will give you more towels and clean throughout your stay but for an additional fee. Unless you’re staying more than seven(?) days. So make sure you hang your towels up and stay tidy. There’s also a washer/dryer (which we used). Sainsbury was directly across the street, so it was very convenient to run over if we needed anything and an Aldi in the mall which is within walking distance.

Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Apartment was comfortable and clean, bathroom was great. The gym and pool were fantastic and a great addition to already a perfect stay. Breakfast the following morning was lovely, great varied menu and food was beautiful. Absolutely no faults, loved it all.

So having arrived at 3pm i got settled got to the gym etc, just about to cook dinner as the apartments have a kitchen and i hear the door lock go, and a lady with her bags enters my room. Having both looked shocked we went downstairs (we were not together to make it clear) to find out why we were both allocated the same room, to this day I still have no idea how one member of staff allocated me a room and another member of staff didnt know I was in there. I was certianly not impressed and the lady wasnt either, if it had been the opposite way round and I had walked into her room would have been a much worse story, poor indeed...

Staffs for the first evening are good. Then the staff are not responsive. Reported dishwasher was broken and were promised that someone will fix it. No one has showed up . We had to wash all the dishes after cooking Xmas! Not ideal and disappointed. What a shame for otherwise nice staying.

Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. I paid online in full with AMEX. The hotels asks you to bring “The card you booked with and Photo ID” for checkin. When I arrived I was told that they don’t take AMEX and I couldn’t be checked in. I waited 36 minutes and had to argue quite strongly with the desk clerk who refused get a manager. They said I would not be able to stay (despite having paid in full) Another guest offered to use their card but they refused. The experience was embarrassing, unprofessional and the hotel error was made my problem. The team were unprofessional and rude and had no intention fixing the issue. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

The facilities in rooms are excellent, a fully equipped kitchen area, great bathroom, dining table and chairs, you could live their permanently as it has everything you would need. Situated two minutes from Selfridges, the Arndale Centre and bars and restaurants it is very convenient. Be aware there is a £100 deposit preauthorisation required until you have checked out and the room has been inspected. My only criticism is the bed is very hard, the option of a mattress topper would be good.

In relation to the location, its in salford and while the building itself is nice its back roads and alleys around the property are very rough. Its close to the manchester centre which is nice, the apartment was nice and clean, there were a few stains on furniture which had been missed or not cleaned properly.

Great spot, close to lots of restaurants and things to do. It was our first time visiting Manchester and we would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit firm but not too bad. Parking was also very affordable.

Fantastic 2 night stay. Location is perfect, hotel and staff superb. Room was faultless. Breakfast was great. Even managed to have a swim and use the steam room .

Excellent location for central Manchester and transport links for surrounding areas. Nice, comfy rooms and plenty of space. I found the mattress a little hard but otherwise no complaints. Exactly what we were looking for in Manchester.

Excellent location and room had everything you needed even a ghd hairdryer. The pillows are very thin so if you like a higher pillow ask for them. Wouldn’t bother booking breakfast it took an hour for drinks to come and longer for the actual breakfast. It was busy though with it being a Sunday and 10 o clock. Didn’t use the pool or gym. Parked in the q park across the road and the ticket was discounted. Great location to all the shops and bars. The doors also need to be soft closing to all rooms.

Hotel is in a great location for the city. Very clean & the suites have everything you could want. Lovely thick fluffy towels in room & nice products. The only place the hotel falls down is breakfast - the servers are lovely but the operation of getting orders out to guests is incredibly slow & at times chaotic - there were plates of food stacking up at the kitchen bypass with no servers taking the food out. One person was stacking plates…the kitchen area definitely needs addressing as this seems to be a common pattern with prior reviews. Despite this, I would still recommend & stay here in the future as room was great!

Everything would of been perfect except the hotel took money for a city tax at 2:30 in the morning but didn’t advise us that we had to pay this on check in I had to ask why they took this. They also took £100 security deposit which is fine but it takes 5-10 days to get this back which I think is a long time to hold funds. The main thing that let the stay down was we went for breakfast and had to sit outside as they said there were no tables but there were loads of empty tables. We ordered our breakfast at 9:30 all for the same breakfast nothing complicated. We were still waiting for our breakfast at 10:30. We asked at around 10 am and they said it wouldn’t be long . We had to leave due to living in a different city so we asked again at 10:30 to be told it would be atleast another 15 minutes but we had to leave for our 2.5 hour drive so we had to cancel the breakfast and went without and this was a big let down and a waste of our time. The room was lovely and location great but attention to detail and customer service in these areas did let it down for us unfortunately

pool was completely out of order. Our apartment had a leaking tap. There was mould in the bathroom. The fan didn’t work and the breakfast service was terrible. I have stayed at this place a lot in the past and it has always been fantastic. Something has clearly gone wrong and now I don’t want to go again.

Checkin ungenügrnd. Es dauerte 1 Stunde länger, bis ich ins Zimmer gehen konnte, als vorgesehen/versprochen. (Später als 16 Uhr!). Schlechte Kommunikation. Badezimmer hatte ein defektes Lavabo. Frühstück (obwohl inbegriffen), war nur mit vorheriger Reservation möglich. Gut gelegen für Konzertsaal.
