Cozy home near freeways w pool BBQ

Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Check in is simple. Garage parking in the AZ heat is a huge plus! We loved having the pool. The house is cute and had everything we needed. The fans are necessary and worked well especially in the primary bedroom as it does get a little warm in the back of the house without them. Otherwise it was perfect for us and I would absolutely rent it again

We had a nice stay and the house had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, cooking space, lounging space. It was located near so many restaurants and shopping which made it really convenient. It was very clean and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. Thank you!

We have used VRBO in the past. The level of communication leading up to the trip seemed not as welcoming as the past. Upon entering the home we were greeted with the odor of burnt marijuana throughout the home. We aired out the house, which seemed to help. The showerhead in the master bathroom shower shot water every direction, largely outside of the shower. In order to not cause water damage in that bathroom, we moved our showering to the second bathroom. Toilet also ran off and on all night and day. Didnt have a solid night sleep ever. Arriving on Sunday of the super bowl, were missed the first part of the game because the tv did not work. Evidently the cable was disconnected. Next day, while we were preparing for visitors, a couple arrived claiming to be the owners to install a new tv. When the man said he didnt know how to set up the tv, he gave me his name and phone number and told me to call him if I figured it out. Later, as we were sitting down to dinner with our visitor, the gentleman who claimed to be the owner, and one of his buddies arrived and decided they would try to figure out the tv then. They stayed while we ate dinner and tried to enjoy the time with our visitor. Very frustrating and intrusive.We attempted to use the grill to cook our dinner. The igniter didnt work. Attempting to get the grill to work, I used 3 different batteries I located in the home to get the igniter to work. No luck. Lack of out door furniture, no pool time w/fr

We received great communication and our stay was very pleasant.
