The property is centrally located, clean, and I loved my terrace. Future visitors, know that there is now an elevator. A previous review stated that there was no elevator, so I kept thinking that I was in the wrong place. Great price and very comfortable bed.

Location was excellent. The room did not have a refrigerator or a safe. The rest of the facilities were good in this good size room with a balcony. The Hotel is located, attached to, a brothel. There were always two or three prostitutes right outside the front door. They would make eye contact with you but did not make you feel too uncomfortable.

Very central and because of that was a bit noisy. Very close to main sites in Madrid. Lift to floor. Comfortable and I appreciated the kettle in the room as well. Excellent value for money. Amazing location.

Stayed here because plans changed last minute and there wasn’t much available. Great location but the street is seedy (though this isn’t the hotels fault) with some unsavoury people. Also it’s very noisy; you’ll hear everything outside and from the rooms next door. It was hard to sleep. No safe or fridge in the room, nowhere to unpack (just a few hangers), and the advertised balcony was completely unusable as it housed the air conditioning fan. Very clean though and nice staff. Just felt overpriced for what you get.

The place is cozy, and the location is unbeatable, a few steps from Gran Via. The staff was very attentive and helpful. They were also accommodating. They allowed me to drop off my luggage early prior to checking in, and then again during check out. Recommendation: Check the internet service, which was spotty at times.

Mais je comprends que Madrid a été pris d’assaut à l’occasion des festivités ! La chambre est très petite mais fonctionnelle. Il est dommage que : - le balcon soit encombré par la climatisation (de telle sorte à le rendre inutilisable) - il n’y a pas de deuxième lumière ( pour le lit, suspendue type spot) et plusieurs interrupteurs, plutôt qu’un seul et unique plafonnier désagréable avec bouton entrée chambre - le voyant lumineux de la climatisation peut gêner le sommeil - la salle de douche comporte une tringle cassée (support serviette) - pas d’armoire simple (une petite étagère étroite) pour y ranger ses affaires L’accueil était très sympathique et le Check in/Check out rapide

A localização e o atendimento são excelentes. O Fernando e sua equipe, foram extremamente simpáticos, educados, prestativos e cuidadosos. Demonstraram preocupação com a qualidade da nossa estadia e ofereceram dicas úteis para quem não conhece a cidade. O imóvel está muito bem localizado, próximo à estação de metrô Gran Vía, com mercado 24h na mesma rua e perto de outros supermercados, restaurantes e lojas. Ficamos no quarto H6 (identificado como 206 no local), que apresentou alguns pontos negativos: o quarto não possui frigobar nem porta no banheiro. O vaso sanitário estava solto, e a caixa d’água acoplada atrás dele possui uma bomba que faz muito barulho, inclusive quando o banheiro não está em uso. Isso indica que a caixa abastece outros cômodos, o que dificultou bastante o sono durante a noite devido ao ruído constante. A ausência de frigobar compromete o conforto, especialmente no verão. Além disso, embora o espaço seja pequeno, o ar-condicionado não resfria adequadamente, mesmo ajustado para 16 °C. A rua onde o imóvel está localizado tem um ponto de prostituição, com circulação de pessoas desconhecidas e uso de bebidas alcoólicas e entorpecentes. Sem qualquer julgamento, é importante destacar que esse ambiente transmite uma sensação de insegurança, especialmente durante a noite. Essa informação não estava disponível no momento da reserva. Só tomamos conhecimento ao ler os comentários no Booking após a contratação, quando já não era mais possível cancelar.

Good position for walking and sightseeing anywhere in the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room. But extremely noisy and extremely small, very difficult to navigate. The call girls/prostitution on the street near the entrance may put some people off. We paid an exorbitant price for a this scarse room. Check your dates and price options carefully for steep ups and downs in general before booking a hotel in Madrid. And well in advance to your stay in busier seasons

Lo único bueno de este alojamiento es su ubicación y la amabilidad de la señora que se encuebtra en el turno de la tarde en recepción, todo los demas aspectos muy mal, pesima limpieza, un olor horrible en la habiatación, era un olor entre caño y humedad, todo muy basico, la limpieza dej mucho qie desear y muy ruidoso. jamas volveria a quedarme aqui, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. la cuica se recepcio. del turno de la mañana, pésima actitud.

Muy centrico y habitaciones limpias

La ubicacion es excelente, el personal, la atencion muy amables, excelente servicio de recepcion. Solo un dia no limpiaron la habitacion aunque deje el aviso que lo hicieran pero al dia siguiente lo limpiaron. Para personas que viajan solas o en pareja y que solo buscan espacio para descansar y dormir esta muy bien.

Perfect location a few steps away from Gran Via metro station! Easy to find, and super nice service. My room was very clean and comfortable. There was no noise from the street, but the only minus was no soundproofing to other rooms or the reception just next to my room.

This property is in the heart of Madrid yet it is not clean at all and we noticed bed bugs as soon as we laid in bed. There were also some bugs in the bathroom and the sheets had not been changed. There were hairs and small dust from probably the previous stays.

The staff was above and beyond they did great. The room was nice, clean, spacious. It was cute room with balcony. Only negative it is loud if light sleeper. I had air on and it blocked the noise. Highly recommend

Overall was good but the room didn't have enough isolation from noise in the aisle. PERFECT LOCATION. Good for short stays

Awful tiny room, unfortunately we stay right in front of the reception and it’s was very difficult to sleep, very noisy you can hear everything. Not recommended.

Sufficient and convenient for a short stay at a reasonable price in the city center. Rooms are clean but would require a slight makeover (wall paper and paint are used and with some stains which obvisouly makes it less nice). Not very well isolated, can hear your neighbours sometimes.

La chambre était propre et lit comfortable. Ni la climatisation, la télé fonctionnait et pour une nuit cela n'était point grave. L'homme a la réception était poli et me demandait de prendre un photos des numeros de télephone en cas de problêmes. Pas rassurant ..... Quels problèmes ? N'y a t-il personne la nuit. Pas de petit déjeuner et a 130 € trop cher

Super buena ubicación , el cuarto super pequeño pero para dormir esta bien lo único malo es que el aire acondicionado estaba en el balcón y no se podía disfrutar , pero la verdad muy buen hostal , no se comparte baño , todo muy muy bien

La habitación muy muy pequeña, pero el hostal está muy bien ubicado, a una calle de la gran vía y el metro, el colchón muy rico!

A very central property located just a couple of minutes away from Gran Via Metro. Jesus on reception was excellent and very helpful. He even got out of bed at 7am to let us in so we could leave our luggage prior to check in. The rooms were kept very clean and the bathroom/shower facilities were very good. The only slight downside is the walls are thin and you can hear other guests. If that doesn't bother you though then this is a great location for the price.

Tan solo decir que después de hacer el checking online porque sabíamos que llegábamos tarde a petición del hotel, nos encontramos con todas las instrucciones para acceder al edificio pero con la sorpresa de ni tener habitación asignada ni nadie con quien contactar,es decir, tirados a las 2:00am en pleno Madrid…. Lo mismo vale para la poca formalidad de hoteles/expedia que no han sido capaces de resolver el problema. Una vergüenza!!!!

Super centraal gelegen Ideaal voor stedentrip Madrid Basic maar prima Door een vertraging kwamen wij om 1:00 ‘s nachts aan. De beheerder gaf ons via wahtsapp de instructie om toch binnen te komen. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

I like the area, it was fairly quiet, close to everything - the metro, gran via is just right there. Everything is walkable. The staff was so friendly. Apparently, I left my stuffs in my room, I called the manager, and she found it. So I came to pick it up few days after that, everything was there. I was thankful for the honesty of the staff there. I recommend this hotel. Thanks!

He puesto insegura ya que la calle es una semi privada y en la tarde noche hemos visto que es una zona que frecuentan personas alcoholizadas y vagabundos. Lo compensa con lo bien ubicado que está, sin embargo si son unos cuantos metros los que hay que caminar y yo si me he sentido en peligro en varias ocasiones. No ha pasado nada, pero si es para tomar en cuenta si eres mujer y andas sola o eres mujer con niños pequeños.

The location is perfect for first timers to Madrid like me. Close to Metro and main bus lines, dining and shopping!

What an excellent gem of a location. Fantastic, comfortable, very clean, and did I say very convenient? Literally a minute away from the metro station and so near tourist and restaurant options. It couldn't be a better overall combination. Simply fantastic. It's weird shaped with an odd entrance from a small alley, but that's just how the area is and I think similar to other places. The hotel itself is on the 3rd floor and each room is sort of it's own shape but that's part of the charm. It's very well implemented, very efficient. Simply a great deal overall. Will stay again without a doubt.

LA CALLE DONDE ESTAN, APESTA POR QUE ESTA SOBRE DOS LICORERIAS 7/24, LA GENTE AMANECE BEBIENDO, GRITANDO Y HACIENDO SUS NECESIDADES EN AL CALLE.

Legal, bem localizado, quarto limpo. Em síntese tem custo benefício, e cumpre o que foi proposto. Todavia apesar da rua ser na beira da gran via, está sempre lotada de gente estranha, dentre as quais há pessoas que assemelham-se à garotas de programa, o que deixa o local um tanto quanto inseguro, não recomendo a estadia para mulheres que vão sozinhas, ou pessoas com crianças.

Excellent location right next to Gran Via metro. Loads of restaurants and shops within a minute walk.

Very noisy at night. Didn’t feel safe at night given all the movement (prostitutes) on the street where the property is located. It’s close to Gran Vía metro station but I won’t recommend to stay there.
