There was access to wifi but the codes that front desk provided were not working So i used my own data while there. The mattress cover was stained only notice this on the last day as I stripped the bedding, it was dusty in the room, when you put the heat on it was either way to hot or cold theres no in between. The fitness room was just a storage room. Theres stains on the carpet a big red blob i will not be booking here again.

Reasonably quiet rooms, clean bedding, comfortable bed, pet friendly, security presence, free parking, smoking area Cons: very old building and it’s dirty, seedy area, Lobby is dark, room door locks continually beep after closing, room floors dirty- my white socks were filthy - no bathroom fan, advertised as full bath but no plug for tub and taps permanently set to shower, tv remote poor, windows filthy, room air conditioner too loud to run at night, no decaf coffee, restaurant offered nothing gluten free (how hard is it to have a gf loaf of bread in the freezer to offer gf toast with eggs?), miscommunication between expedia and front desk, some staff have poor English, my coffee pot had an old coffee pod in it so cleaning of room was poor

The hotel itself was good, clean, staff were great and helpful, we where pulling a trailer and they were great. accommodating. Its in an older part of town, so dont want to be walking around at night.

The location is good near the mall - walkable. The motel needs renovations - things in my room were broken and they tried to fix as much as they could. The air conditioner did not cool off the room so we left after the 1st night. Staff were super friendly - problems with refunds and returning damage deposit but a week later got it all straightened out. It would also be great if they opened the swimming pool as they have a nice deep swimming pool. Make sure you park where the cameras are as my alarm on my truck went on when I had taken up my stuff to the room - so I parked near the cameras.

First room we were in wasn’t so good, they gave us a bigger room. Had a better stay except for the loud partying going on in the next room. But security escorted them out eventually. Probably should clean your carpets regularly because it was very sticky. Other than that I’ll probably stay again.

Property was unsafe and very unkept, garbage everywhere. Room was dirty and half the lighting didn’t work. Jet tub worked, but had to be cleaned before using. We were told there would be coffee to buy at 7:00am, but nobody in the restaurant. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

This hotel is terrible. First of all they gave us a room that was not ready, filthy and had blood smeared everywhere in the toilet. The beds were not made, you could see a guest had just checked out as we came in. Bed was smelly, pillows were barely there. The sofa in the living area was very dirty. Windows were horribly dirty. This hotel can make someone get sick. Thankfully we spent one night and didn’t even shower before running out the next day. The wallpapers are falling apart. They need a total overhaul. Horrible indeed. There were holes on the walls and blood stains everywhere. There was a lot I saw from 11pm I got there till I left this morning. I was too scared to sleep. The doors did not shut properly.

The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed, hair in the bathroom, dirty diapers and garbage behind the dresser and under the bed. Food in the freezer compartment of the fridge. I expected it to be cleaned the next day but was not. I worked for a Travelodge property for 20 years as a housekeeping supervisor and was disgusted by the state of the room. Will never stay there again! The front desk staff were polite.

The thermostats did not work. Could not turn it to heat and it ran on A/C all night. Had to put pillows over the unit to keep from being to cold. The plug by the bed was totally wore out. The side light and my phone charger would not stay in the plug. Kept falling out.

Terrible place to stay at… so ghetto. Rooms don’t have sound proofing, you can hear everything from the hallway. Doors don’t lock properly, couldn’t sleep all night thinking someone would break in to the room. Kept hearing noises throughout the night from people in the hallway and from room next door. Really really ghetto vibe. Uncomfortable matress. No blanket in this cold weather. Heating wouldn’t work either!! What a terrible experience.

I was surprised they asked me for a $300 damage deposit that would be returned within 6 business days. Turns out they did not do it, I did complain vehemently about that, but that usually doesn't happen at other hotels I stay at.

I booked and paid through Expedia for one night. I decided to extend the stay one night and was told, when I called the hotel to book another night through expedia for a similar room. I did not pay for the 2nd night because I wanted to make sure I could stay in the same room. When I checked in the 1st night, the front desk demanded payment for the 1st night, even though I gave them the confirmation number from expedia that showed I had already paid. The front desk would not extend my stay using the the 2nd expedia booking. They required me to check out before 11am and then re-register for the 2nd night. I told them that defeated my entire purpose, as I was going to up very late and the reason I booked the 2nd night was so that I could sleep past 11am. They let me stay in the room, but I had to get up, come down and pay before 11am. When I got home, I checked my VISA transactions and discovered that I was billed both by expedia and by the Travelodge for the 1st night. I called to try to resolve this and the desk clerk told me I would have to get the refund from expedia - ? I sent all the documents and an email to the hotel manager, and I'm waiting to hear back. My stay in the city was for medical reasons - surgery for a loved one - and I was not emotionally well enough to fight with the desk staff or change hotels. This hotel needs to do better.

Excellent staff, very good rates but the property needs a whole refresh. The neighbourhood around the hotel is a little sketchy, it didn’t bother us but some people would not like. Surprising considering the outlet mall area is so close. Love the staff!

as soon as I got to the Travel Lodge, I new right away I was not going to stay there. Police car was sitting there idling in the parking lot. I walked to the entrance and I could smell the stench of many cigarets and whatnot smoked there. I tried cancelling and they said I had to cancel through expedia. I would like to have my money back. I felt very unsafe there and went to another motel

The hotel itself wasn’t bad. The area itself is another story. There was always some very questionable people hanging around the building. They did always have a security guard around thankfully.

Excellent staff, very good rates but the property needs a whole refresh. The neighbourhood around the hotel is a little sketchy, it didn’t bother us but some people would not like. Surprising considering the outlet mall area is so close. Love the staff!

The staff was friendly and efficient and the room was clean, comfortable bed, quiet, got a good sleep. Cons, we stayed in an old wing, the hallways are extremely narrow, the rugs definitely need replacement or a real good cleaning, apparently the newer wing is better. All in all not the quality property we have become accustomed to at our many many stays at Wyndham properties. The property outside is dirty, weeds and not maintained beside the back lobby entrance, people smoking right by the door, security guards patrolling, undesirables hanging around outside, one sleeping behind some shrubs when we came back in at night, feels unsafe outside. Had to wait for quite some time at checkin behind what looked like a call girl, then a woman apparently stoned on a substance of some kind. Definitely not a good first impression and we would have cancelled our reservation and gone elsewhere except for the policy of having to pay for one night.

The location was perfect. Close to where i needed to be for my meetings and close to a mall and multiple restaurants and shops. The suite was large with 2 bathrooms so it was great. Will definitely book again.

Nice downtown location. Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Nice and clean room. Hotel restaurant was excellent. Would stay there again if ever in Prince Albert again.

Only stayed here because spouse smoked. Stayed five (5) nights. Unbearably hot room temp, until weather turned colder. Smelly room forgiven because hubby smoked. We covered visibly soiled furniture with clean towels. We wiped visibly dirty tables/end tables ourselves. Asked housekeeping for window cleaner and paper towels to clean very marked up windows myself. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days. Bathroom seemed very clean. No plugs for bathtub; used facecloth. Bedding linen very cheap and nasty, but seemed very clean. Rug gross, stained with a couple of cigarette burns. Restaurant 6 out of 10.

Property was unsafe and very unkept, garbage everywhere. Room was dirty and half the lighting didn’t work. Jet tub worked, but had to be cleaned before using. We were told there would be coffee to buy at 7:00am, but nobody in the restaurant. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

Reasonably quiet rooms, clean bedding, comfortable bed, pet friendly, security presence, free parking, smoking area Cons: very old building and it’s dirty, seedy area, Lobby is dark, room door locks continually beep after closing, room floors dirty- my white socks were filthy - no bathroom fan, advertised as full bath but no plug for tub and taps permanently set to shower, tv remote poor, windows filthy, room air conditioner too loud to run at night, no decaf coffee, restaurant offered nothing gluten free (how hard is it to have a gf loaf of bread in the freezer to offer gf toast with eggs?), miscommunication between expedia and front desk, some staff have poor English, my coffee pot had an old coffee pod in it so cleaning of room was poor

This used to be the best hotel in Prince Albert. It is still not too bad, but it smells old and despite the fact that there are lots of non-smoking rooms, the place smells of smoke everywhere. The restaurant used to be one of the top restaurants in town, not now. High food price, very slow service. We went to another place for food.

We had no idea what we were walking into. Drunk people, homeless camped out in the alley. Trying to hear the front desk person who was talking super quietly. And then when we got up to our room we discovered it didn't even look like it had been cleaned at all. There was pizza and garbage on the floor, no ironing board, when we would run the bathroom sink chunks of SOMETHING came up, shower remained cold unless you spent at least 15 mins in it no matter what we did. None of the hotel amenities were operational. Fitness room had plastic bags over the windows and said out of order. Power went off due to a storm from about 1030pm until 430 am, but with temperatures at almost 30 degrees. Couldn't open the windows. The staff didn't check in the next day to make sure anyone was ok. The hotel didn't offer a discount for the night, nothing. Definitely wont be staying here again.

Friendly staff. Room are run down, stains on bed skirt, curtains, floors, open tv jack, burnt out lights, bad odour, walls peeling. In big need of repair. Seemed like good security, no trouble with outdoor parking.
