With the broken pull out bed leads us to a broken couch and couldn’t use either one. Items from past renters were left in the bedroom and bathroom meaning it wasn’t cleaned properly.

The check in process with Southern Vacation rentals was easy. The view of the beach was amazing!! The bed frames could use replacing as well as the fold out couch. Access to the beach was perfect and extremely convenient. This unit did not come with chairs or an umbrella like one tenant said was required. You can rent them from the beach service that sets them up right out side the beach access. Overall amazing experience.

In general, the unit could use some general maintenance (paint, rusty air grates, hooks or towel racks in bathrooms).Would have liked to have had wash cloths and warmer blankets.

For starters, we were told after we signed the rental agreement, which was non-refundable, that the one and only elevator is out of commission and we were on the 4th floor. Then we did not have a working refrigerator until our 6th and last day. The mattress should be burned as it is horribly worn out. The furniture is all stained and worn. So badly that we threw sheets over it to even consider sitting on it. This condo is simply gross.This owner doesn't care about you or giving you a nice experience. They just care that they collect your money.
