Lovely location and clean room . Staff friendly if your late or around 5pm just go straight to the bar to get key . Only complaint was to no mirror in room and the guy who checked us in didn’t know if we had breakfast but that’s no major issue . I’ve heard food is great but also Kendal is really close .

Nice clean rooms but certainly not luxury as stated. If you have a downstairs lodge you can hear everyone upstairs going to the toilet & banging about. No iron or ironing board in the room which you would expect in "luxury accommodation" I'd expect more for £130 a night.

Really nice stay lovely rooms and staff I just think as it feels modern it should have smart TVs and usb sockets in the rooms then it would be a 5 ⭐️ review .
