Short walk to the foreshore, and restaurants. Pool was always available. Housekeepers done a terrific job on our 12 day stay. And we’re great to deal with. Thanks for a great stay.

I love how we were able to check in at 12 pm this is the BEEEEST EVER!!! the pool was clean unlike othe motels where it’s rather filthy so sad, and also how eaaaasy check out it Leave keys in your room and lock the door Location is sooo TOP We are soooooo soooo coming again despite the long drive from home

Convenient location with plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Pool was closed and that was disappointing as the weather was good. Even though the motel didn't inform beforehand that the pool was closed. The room is large and comfortable. The wi fi signal is also very weak so hardly usable.

We enjoyed our stay here. Although a bit dated with limited facilities the central location and price meant that it was good value. The swimming pool at this time of the year was an attractive extra and it was pristine clean.

What i liked was the price, swimming pool and the twin beds. What i didn't like was the insufficient amount of power points, the sheets were not clean, to access the swimming pool was incredibly inconvenient. Mostly it was the cleanliness of the room, the beds weren't made properly as fitted sheets were not used which meant while sleeping you would pull the sheets up and by morning you were just sleeping on the mattress. My friend ended up sleeping on a towel because the sheets were not clean. The air conditioner you couldn't adjust the temperature so the room was stinking hot and there were no instructions for me to be able to figure it out. Basically they need a new cleaner, instructions for air con and more powerboards.

This motel is in a great location. Unfortunately that is the only real positive I can honestly give it. The property itself is very grimy. There is no place to sit outside that felt comfortable and clean. The carpet in the room itself really should be replaced. If you need Wifi do not book this property. The wifi was not available at all and when we asked the manager for assistance she was irritated with us. She claimed that she had taken the fact that it had Wifi off the description but this is not the case. I love Mandurah but I would stay somewhere else.

Budget accommodation right in the commercial area of town. Extremely short walk to most things such as restaurants, supermarket, shops etc. Lovely foreshore walk pretty much across the road. Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Good entertainment setup with Netflix and other options on the room TV. Cons are the property is older and somewhat tired although it looks like some renos have been done over the years. The vanity sink in our bathroom was the tiniest I have ever seen. Barely enough to wash your hands. I can't comment on other rooms. Although the property is a little run down the room was clean and tidy. Housekeeping was excellent. Unfortunately over the Easter weekend the office was frequently unattended when we needed something. Hopefully it was only due to the public holidays. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Was pleasantly surprised at the cleaniless of the room. Great size and value for money. Close to many dining options and right on the foreshore. Only issue was the horrible uncomfortable bed and inch thick pillows.

Easy check-in, very good location next to the foreshore, loads of places to eat and things to do. Room nice and clean except for 'leftovers' in the toilet, despite the paper 'hygiene seal' on the lid, and used tissues in the bedside drawer. Good value considering the location.

Customer service was outstanding and the room lovely and clean. There was a lost AC remote but the went above and beyond to resolve. Location is fabulous with many eateries in the area and the foreshore nearby. Lived it snd would definitely return and recommend.

Excellent service and the Landlord make safe allowances for our late arrival. Excellent central location easy to locate. Really comfortable room and bed. Only slight discomfort was the noise from some nearby rooms but only early in the night

Unit was clean and tidy, bed comfy and Staff friendly - Compact kitchen (in a cupboard and no sink) was quite prohibitive for us though, especially with no full size sink in bathroom to compensate - but Motel very central to eateries, and the ones next door we HIGHLY recommend (Fish and Chips / Cool Eats). Excellent Motel for an overnight stay / stopover. Definitely recommend.

Room 10, As an older property the room was presented quite well. Had kettle, toaster, microwave and quaint table and tub chairs. Bed was comfortable but pillows and cushion fillings felt very old and bumbly, sheet had a small tear. Small but upgraded bathroom, but only having very small basin made it awkward to wash plates etc. 2 drinking glasses sitting (wrapped) but on window sill next to toilet was a bit cringe worthy. Could do with an extra bedside light.(only one supplied) Window was open on arrival and couldn't budge slider so we slept with window open. Old style hole in wall a/c. Reasonable value for money on todays market.

Very impressed with the staff and the accomodation. We were made very welcome by all the staff. We have told friends about the motel and have recommended it to them.

Sadly this property was not for us. Whilst it was clean , it was old & we didn’t feel comfortable . The bed was comfortable , however that is where it stopped. List of issues: - advertised WiFi. Was non existent - TV reception kept coming & going . Was also only a small TV. - chairs in room very uncomfortable. Base had collapsed. Need replacing - Noise from occupant in the room behind us was not appreciated - when we said we would leave , Wotif representative unable to contact owners to request refund . I spoke with the owner & he refused to refund for the night. We had booked for 2 nights. Found him dismissive & rude . It is located close to cafes & restaurants being a short walk . Mandurah is a lovely spot. Very pretty

Our unit was good. I did report that the chairs were very uncomfortable & one had a leg that wasn't straight. We left a couple of things behind in the unit which were taken to the office where I was able to collect them. Very much appreciated.

The property was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and approachable. Tara was exceptional she offered to help with anything that we asked of her without any complaint and always went over and beyond what we required. Emily attended to our room needs promptly and was also very friendly.

Customer service was outstanding and the room lovely and clean. There was a lost AC remote but the went above and beyond to resolve. Location is fabulous with many eateries in the area and the foreshore nearby. Lived it snd would definitely return and recommend.

Cheap, cheerful and centrally located, the Foreshore is a convenient place to stay, especially if travelling by train, or bus, 589 has a stop directly outside the motel!

Easy check-in, very good location next to the foreshore, loads of places to eat and things to do. Room nice and clean except for 'leftovers' in the toilet, despite the paper 'hygiene seal' on the lid, and used tissues in the bedside drawer. Good value considering the location.

Convenient location with plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Pool was closed and that was disappointing as the weather was good. Even though the motel didn't inform beforehand that the pool was closed. The room is large and comfortable. The wi fi signal is also very weak so hardly usable.

This motel is in a great location. Unfortunately that is the only real positive I can honestly give it. The property itself is very grimy. There is no place to sit outside that felt comfortable and clean. The carpet in the room itself really should be replaced. If you need Wifi do not book this property. The wifi was not available at all and when we asked the manager for assistance she was irritated with us. She claimed that she had taken the fact that it had Wifi off the description but this is not the case. I love Mandurah but I would stay somewhere else.
