Kind and friendly staff, lovely decor, great room with balcony and view, efficient service and of course spotless. The restaurant’s dinner is one of the best I’ve had in years - creative flavor combinations and artistically presented. Definitely planning a return!

Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel later than planned, but the staff were very flexible and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. At the restaurant, we enjoyed beautifully presented dishes and excellent drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Japanese sake served in Switzerland. It’s a shame that we were dealing with jet lag during our stay — we would love to come back again and spend more time here.

This was the quintessential hotel. It was perfectly located and absolutely beautiful. The staff could not have been any more accommodating and delightful! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest to them is to provide larger bath towels. Aside from that, it was an exceptional stay and I would absolutely go back. And the views were outstanding.
