1. There was no service at all! During our stay, we never met any single staff in person at all! So no management at all! 2. The room is like a prison cell! They don’t clean your room! 3. There is no hot water in the shower! It’s winter in Melbourne! Only one of the two shower rooms on the second floor works! Even that working one does not have hot water! 4. The bathrooms are dirty and filthy! You can smell the stinky smell the moment you enter the building! 5. The kitchen is super dirty and messy! There is no paper towel to clean it up! Please don’t come to this place! It will your be worst nightmare!

The hostel is located in a nice neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants and bars, next to a park and getting to the CBD is easy. The only drawback is that light switches are vandalized in some restrooms and showers.
