Parking is available and convenient, but signage and wayfinding could be clearer, the parking token machine is awkward to use, and there is no airport shuttle.

Many guests found rooms and public areas very clean. However, recurring reports mention smoke odors in corridors/rooms and occasional lapses or maintenance issues, including an unclean room on arrival, stains or mold, and water leaking onto bathroom floors.

Layouts feature a central sink and many shower-only bathrooms, with some units offering bathtubs; corridor noise and door slams are reported. Bed and pillow firmness varies, and some find the design less practical.

Staff are generally friendly and helpful, providing smooth check-ins, early breakfast boxes, and taxi arrangements. A few guests noted limited late-night English phone support, a lunch-break check-in delay, or curt interactions.

Very close to Kaohsiung International Airport and the MRT (about a 5–15 minute walk), ideal for early flights; taxis are quick and inexpensive. Less convenient for city-center sightseeing, and walking with luggage can be challenging.

Breakfast is widely described as tasty and varied, though it ends early and a few found it average. The on-site Chinese restaurant receives positive comments, and staff sometimes accommodate early/late dining needs.
