Coron Underwater Garden Resort

First ferry transfer was 2 hours after they said they would be there. Second ferry transfer was 1 hour after they said they would leave. Can't trust them to make reliable plans. Pools were so dirty you could use them. Pubes in the bathroom on arrival. Food was not good and expensive. Staff were friendly. Mini jet skis, $500 pesos for half an hour were fun. Kayaks at $300 pesos an hour were not worth it. Clean air though.

The room is nice, spacious. Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. They didn’t handled the situation very well. And plus, it’s a lot of hidden charges about the food and services which is they didn’t informed us from the beginning. We definitely not coming back on this resort hotel.This is our first and last time we stayed on this hotel. There is a lot of nice place in town to stayed in. Think about your safety too.The room is spacious and well-appointed. While some staff members are pleasant, others exhibit unacceptable behavior. We experienced an unintentional incident, but one of their staff members displayed a hostile attitude and attempted to assault one of my siblings. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and their handling of the situation was inadequate. Additionally, there are numerous hidden charges for food and services that were not disclosed to us upfront. Consequently, we will not be returning to this resort hotel. This will be our final stay at this establishment. There are many other pleasant accommodations available in town. Please prioritize your safety when making your accommodations.

Food was not great, obvious signs of poor maintenance throughout the hotel, mixing chamber for the shower didn't work so you either got hot or cold water, both pools were not being filtered or cleaned, no room service unless you directly ask

There's a restaurant without food. If they have food it's horrible. I always recommend to bring your own foods likes noodles. If not you will have to ride the 15 minutes boat to Coron City. Nice place to relax but no food or beers.
