We woke up to a pizza box full of ants from the night before. And obviously, my husband woke up and had a midnight snack in the dark. I'm sure he ate plenty of ants....Told the front desk when checking out, she said "ok", and proceeded to write it on a list she was keeping with room numbers. No apology, no acknowledgement, nothing. We stayed in the Double Tree on our way home from Florida.

We were happy with the location and the room. Everything was clean and in order. Breakfast was okay but not fantastic. However we would stay here again with no problem.

This was amazing hotel! We had traveled over 700miles and when we got there we were exhausted! This hotel is located right next door to an Outback restaurant. Nice settled in our room we were able to walk over there. The room was new, clean and very comfortable! It was pet friendly and we had 2 cats. Breakfast was great. Fresh! We plan on staying here next year on our way back to Florida

Check-in person was not very personable, but accomplished the task professionally. Room was great. Breakfast left something to be desired - lukewarm at best and sausage patties weren't very palatable. Also juice dispenser gave water instead of OJ and omly watered down apple juice. Coffee was very nice and made to order.

The rooms were a huge upgrade from the last time I stayed . Unfortunately the check in process wasn’t as easy as it used to be.
