Sueno Hotels Deluxe Belek

Stanza ampia, con un bel balcone. Noi avevamo due letti ad una piazza e mezza che ci hanno unito con un coprimaterasso apposito per cui come risultato avevamo un 3 piazze. Eccezionale. Il bagno è grande ed è molto grande anche la doccia. Unica piccola pecca non si riusciva a regolare la temperatura della stanza per cui faceva un po' troppo caldo. Il personale è molto cortese e solerte. Le parti comuni sono molto accoglienti, il bar, le terrazze bar fuori, la sala camino, il ristorante. Così così la spa. Non c'è la piscina riscaldata davvero (acqua a 30 gradi) per cui, dato che faceva freschino, era inavvicinabile. Pecca un po' il cibo del ristorante all inclusive non tanto per la qualità quanto per i sapori, ma probabilmente è più colpa nostra che siamo italiani. Certo che abbiamo avuto modo di mangiare in altri resort per via del golf e la qualità del cibo era nettamente superiore. La vista sul campo da golf è spettacolare, ma anche il servizio di collegamento con l'hotel deluxe è un'ottima cosa. In pratica, stanza a parte, si può interamente usufruire di entrambe le strutture. Anche al deluxe però la piscina è a 30 gradi per cui in questa stagione, inavvicinabile. Non abbiamo avuto modo di provare i ristoranti a la carte. Nel complesso comunque una buona struttura

Wunderschönes Resort mit einer riesigen Anlage. Die Essensqualität ist sehr gut und die Auswahl vielfältig. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Overall the interior and exterior of the hotel was nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The main restaurant inside was poor as the variety of food was repetitive and not appealing in presentation. Food lacked the traditional Turkish flavour. Lack of hygiene and freshness was apparent. No proper ventilation in the main restaurant presented an uncomfortable smell. During our stay we witnessed one of the kitchen staff pick up a tong off the floor and place it back in the fruit stand. Overrated and very much over priced.

The staff are horrible, they treat guests like nom humans.

I liked that it had a lot of activities for kids everywhere. The hotel is old and the food is not that good, I am not a picky eater at all but I rather not eat a few times than to eat that food again and agin every day for 4 days. Service was ok, floors are super slippery around the pool areas and around where the kids slides are i was surprised I didn’t see anyone bust their head open or breaking anything with those slippery floors. The welcome is very good makes you think you are going to have the best vacation ever but it was a little chaotic and blah at times
