Smelly room, no electricity when we checked in, impolite receptionist Over and above, charging tourism tax for people with employment pass (never happened in last 8 years). We checked out within an hour (and booked another hotel) due to all of the above.

Great location. Decent size room, near & clean bedsheets and towels, friendly staff, definitely worth recommending.

노후는 되었지만 시설깨끗하고 위치는 엄청 좋으나, 아침 조식은 별로 입니다. 과일은 말라있었고 현지인들 위주의 식단으로 되어 있습니다. 저는 다음에 간다면 조식을 추가하지 않을 것 입니다.

We checked in at 3am into the family room - 907. The small bed was terrible. When my nephew sat on the bed, the mattress sunk. Condition of the bed was very bad n we suspect the spring of the bed was damaged. Housekeeping staff came up to make a change n the process was tiring at the hour. The next issue was the hair dryer. Smoke came out while I'm using which I immediately turned off This was annoying n disappointed as the standard of this hotel has a significant dropped.

We checked in on at 3am. I was called by my mum that her room in 1720 was terrible. Toilet was very dirty, room was very noisy due to some machine sound outside room - suspect is the compressor. I called to arrange housekeeping to check n was told will look into it. No one attended the matter after I made 2 calls in total. Few hours later at 7am when I wanted to have breakfast with mum n I called her, she sounds so stressed n tired b told me she haven sleep n is having severe headache. I had experienced my mum in such stressful state during holiday. I immediately went to counter n feedback. Staff arranged her to switch room at 9am which is 24 Jan. I am very angry n disappointed this round on the service. This has caused my mum not able to enjoy her stay in melaka this time. Kindly look into this n revert where was the lapse. Thanks.
