We boat there often and had a room to relax in. The room was great and the hotel has a lot to offer.

This place is rundown. The staff is not friendly whatsoever. I was in one room and the A/C was not working, then they moved me to another room. The other room the A/C was not cooling as well and the shower did not have hot water. Also, while sitting on the toilet water was leaking on my head from the ceiling. Even the hallways do not have A/C, those hallways are 90+ degrees. Extremely disappointed.

The resort is run down ! Pools are discusting I went to eat I was told I could not eat in the restaurant because I was a party of one!

Very nice resort. But all staff is rude and care nothing about the guest due to 20% tips no matter their service. Poor service.
