Il Casale, elegante villa com vistas deslumbrantes sobre o mar

The villa is a lovely place with amazing views of the bay. The rooms were clean and the space excellent for our multigenerational family of 8 including 2 young children. The grassed area was a fabulous play space for the children. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch outside overlooking the water and surrounding hills. The pool was open for use and despite it being very ‘fresh’ we enjoyed it very much. It is a quiet and scenic place to stay. The house is on a very steep hill with an exciting drive to get there. A walk down and back will test your aerobic fitness but the view is worth it. We enjoyed our time very much. Paola was helpful and addressed any problems immediately.

This vacation home was an absolute gem. The view alone is worth the stay—waking up each morning to that stunning scenery felt unreal. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, with a large, well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home.The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful with local recommendations. The location couldn’t be better, with restaurants and shops just a short drive away, making everything super convenient.It’s also the perfect home base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Pompeii and Naples with ease, and it was so nice to come back to such a peaceful and beautiful place afterward.Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing stay with incredible views and easy access to everything you need.

This was a wonderful spot, up above the town and away from the hustle and bustle of the town but a very short drive to the town got you all the amenities you could need. Also relatively convenient to both Naples and Rome. The host, Paola, was so kind and accommodating and was really concerned about us enjoying our stay.The one thing that could have been better was having A/C in the living area so we didn't have to open doors and let the mosquitoes in, which were always quite hungry. It's for that reason only that I couldn't give the stay 5 stars. Even still, I would book again, but would be better prepared for the mosquitoes. (We don't like using toxic bug sprays so I would have brought some things from home that are non-toxic and effective at keeping the bugs away.)We were there for 12 nights and it was beginning to feel like home. We were so sad to leave! I hope we can come back one day!

We were a group of 7 adults (30s-60s) spending 2 weeks in Italy. This house is beautiful and the view is everything you see in the pictures posted. Paola was very helpful in helping us arrange transportation from the train station. You definitely need a car to access the home and to get around. This rental provided our group with the all the space we needed.

We made wonderful memories at the Casale. The place is huge with spacious dining, living room and outdoor space and swimming pool. The view is stunning. Close to Formia snd Gaeta beaches, boat tour of the area was beautiful. Restaurants and good pizza places. The kids had super time doing night swims at the pool. We give this place an A+
