Parking was kind of tight, when advertised we booked an ocean view room and received a partial ocean view. Went to the reception area and was told to look further down and read where it states call for availability of ocean view rooms. Receptionist told me it would be 60 more for an ocean view room and they were sold out. When booked, the room was clearly ocean view and we did not receive that. Make sure you read the fine print.

TV small and very confusing to work with 2 remotes and big out of date cable remote that did nothing. The room was in poor condition except rug and bathroom floor. The rest needs serious updating from cabinetry to worn fixtures, stove top burner broke, microwave from 1970’s that still worked but was worn out. We have stayed many times, this by far was worst room we have stayed many in. Also no deadbolts on door, still give keys out on a paper clip attachment. Single push button lock! In 2026! Luckily I believe Cannon Beach is a low crime area, or would have slept with 1 eye open. We will look elsewhere next time in CB.
