När vi kom till hotellet blev vi varmt bemötta av Zeynep Hanım, och vi kände oss genast hjärtligt välkomna. Under hela vår vistelse var hon och resten av personalen mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Tack för en fantastisk vistelse – vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

I will start this review by mentioning the bed. The bed was so comfortable. I slept so well. The room was very clean. The shower was perfect. All went well. The staff was great. The location was central; very close to everything. The only note is that if you have mobility issues, there are many hills in the area. In order to get up to the Galata Tower and Istiklal Cadde (Street) in Beyoğlu, you have to be ready for the hill and for the stairs. I was with my 72 year old aunt. She did it. She complained at first, but then kept walking, slowly up the hill and up the stairs whenever needed. It became easier for her each day. South of the hotel you can take the tram nearby or walk across the Galata Bridge to Eminonu, Fatih, Sirkeci, Sultanahmet; great neighborhoods you must experience for its history, the restaurant and shopping areas, and of course Gulhane Park. This is the old part of the city! We also took the ferries from Eminonu to other neighborhoods. It is very easy and cheap to do so. And you can use Apple Pay for either the ferry or the tram. We used Uber many times as well, to call a taxi. Very easy and comfortable. I had a great time! Will definitely come back with other members of my family to this exact hotel. Thank you.

Hôtel très bien situé près de Karaköy, tram et vapurs accessibles en quelques minutes, Mais rue calme, très appréciable dans ce secteur. Accueil chaleureux de Zeynep hanım, parfaitement francophone qui plus est. Les chambres sont jolies, très propres et bien équipées, le petit déjeuner simple mais bien, et l'équipe très sympa. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter

Excellent location just up the hill from Galata Bridge in Karaköy. Simple, comfortable accommodations with all the modern conveniences overseen by attentive, friendly, and helpful staff.
