Absolutely beautiful room and property. My only disappointment was the restaurant wasn’t open and I didn’t get a chance to try their highly recommended menu. Maybe next time!

We had both dinner and breakfast at the B&B and, although the menu was somewhat limited, the food was excellent and the staff were wonderful as well. Our room was large, well-equipped, had a comfortable bed and the bonus was the outside deck. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! It's Keremeos's hidden jewel, in my view. The only downside is that there is no elevator so you have to carry everything up stairs to the guest rooms.

Quiet comfortable room with a large shared balcony overlooking farm land and the mountain behind. Service was excellent and the full breakfast was amazing. Definitely the best place in Keremeos and probably worth the scenic drive from Osoyoos as an alternative.

Beautiful property. Located within a working form. Store located on the property sells much of the produce grown on the farm. The free breakfast for overnight guests was deliscious. Rooms are spotlessly clean with lots of amenities (kitchenette with stove, pots, pans and a French press for coffe. It also have a full-sized refrigerator).

Quite, and super clean modern room with a beautiful restaurant in the building. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous. The nearby wineries are so wonderful to visit. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. We will be back!!

No one on site to greet us. Had no idea where to get a key or code. Finally found an envelope with my name on it in an unmarked mailbox. Windows in our room were filthy..dirty bathtub and urine around the base of the toilet. ...not very special. Also restaurant was closed and we were not informed that they would be.had to drive back to town to get dinner..

Check in was easy, staff very friendly. We booked the 2 bedroom/sleeps 6 suite as we had 5 people in our party yet only a random selection of 5 plates, 4 bowls, 3 coffee cups, 2 wine glasses, etc. nothing was a full set for 6 people. Also & unfortunately it was 28 C outside & our room A/C wasn’t working & there was someone else’s underwear left in the closet.

Check in was easy, staff very friendly. Everything was great except there were crumbs (from the previous ppl staying there??) on the sofa bed. Obviously, the housekeeping didn't change the bed sheet on the sofa bed. The included breakfast made up for this though,lol. The breakfast was amazingly delicious and healthy. We ordered a rancher breakfast and a waffle. The rancher was not greasy and the waffle was not overly sweet at all. Will totally stay there again just for the breakfast:)

Really enjoyed the modern big room. Some minor wear but overall better condition. Nightstands were dusty and floor a little dirty but cleanliness way better than other places we have stayed. Beware the A/C doesnt seem to be able to keep up. We set it to 21 C and it only went from 24 C to 22 C over the entire night. Thankfully the rooms have fans so overall wasnt an issue. The food available at the bistro was fantastic! Staff were lovely. Room (2 bedroom) was very spacious. No microwave in the room but we made do. We all had great sleeps here. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place, spacious, well maintained - suite has queen and 2 x twin beds so great for families. However, depending which side of the hotel your room is traffic noise could be an issue as it is adjacent to the highway. Didn't get much sleep.

This was a wonderful spot to spend a few days. The room was clean and really big. We did not plan on cooking but the kitchenette would have made that incredibly easy. The full sized fridge did come in handy though for storing all of our local fruit finds! The Inn is located less than five minutes of the town so shopping is easy and it is less than an hour to Osoyoos, Oliver or Penticton. A particular highlight is the included breakfast. It is delicious and made to order. The chai is exceptional! We also loved to cats who welcomed us back every day. The only things I would suggest to make the room even better would be black-out curtains.

Property was nice. Staff was rude and not understanding. Waited 2 hours to check in. Called the “after hours” line 10 times texted finally at 1030 we got let into our room. I asked if we could have a late check out the women didn’t hesitate to tell me no that’s not possible. She didn’t apologize. Expedia also didn’t help or understand the situations just continued to ask to be out on hold for 3-5 minutes 5-6 times. Anyways bed was comfy

Property advertised as breakfast included. I booked specifically for that convenience as I was traveling with family and elderly parents. But the staff did not honor that. We tried to clarify at check-in but the staff joked and did not give a clear answer. Next morning we were told they changed policy few months ago but didn't update on expedia. Another guest who had stayed earlier that same week were provided free breakfast (based on review they posted). So the staff clearly pick and choose and discriminate against some customers. Staff was also very disrespectful and brushed it off as "too bad so sad". They clearly lack integrity. Also cost me more than expected as I had to make alternative arrangements for breakfast.

This is my second stay here for a reason! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the location is amazing. Looking out at the farm is really nice, and the free breakfast was a surprising and delicious surprise. My only issue was that I arrived after staff left and my key card didn’t work. That said, I called the after hours number and the situation was very quickly rectified.

Breakfast is only served from 8am. If you plan to leave earlier than this, there is no option for a bagged breakfast to go. Disappointing. Also I received no response to my message to the property on Expedia even though I boooed three days in advance

A great hotel and a fabulous little bistro. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night this visit but our experience has definitely made us want to plan a longer visit. I love that this is farmer-owned as opposed to a big corporate hotel.

The breakfast included is terrific! The staff are attentive and the building is quiet. Next time I will confirm that I am on the ‘deck’ side of the building and not the highway! This is a long weekend go to location because it’s an easy drive almost anywhere!

I had a great stay and place was very clean and spacious. The mountain view from bedroom windows are really amazing. We had one of the best brunch in their in house restaurant.

I had a great stay and place was very clean and spacious. The mountain view from bedroom windows are really amazing. We had one of the best brunch in their in house restaurant.

Located a short distance from town, adjacent to the road to Penticton, on a quiet side street which is good for walking along. The restaurant is excellent, so no need to go elsewhere for dinner or breakfast.

Tree To Me Inn was incredible and such a hidden gem. The views were beautiful, check-in was easy, and the food was genuinely delicious. It’s only a 35 minute drive to Penticton or Osoyoos! Definitely a great place to stay. Can't wait to come back!

It was a very nice comfy stay with a nice view. Room had full kitchen and there was included breakfast from a very good menu. The location was seemingly in the middle of nowhere but its a very short drive to anywhere in keremeos

The property was lovely and room was nice and clean. Only thing is they advertise as breakfast included but its $40 credit , so should not mislead people. Though $40 is enough but still its not free.

Property advertised as breakfast included. I booked specifically for that convenience as I was traveling with family and elderly parents. But the staff did not honor that. We tried to clarify at check-in but the staff joked and did not give a clear answer. Next morning we were told they changed policy few months ago but didn't update on expedia. Another guest who had stayed earlier that same week were provided free breakfast (based on review they posted). So the staff clearly pick and choose and discriminate against some customers. Staff was also very disrespectful and brushed it off as "too bad so sad". They clearly lack integrity. Also cost me more than expected as I had to make alternative arrangements for breakfast.

Breakfast is only served from 8am. If you plan to leave earlier than this, there is no option for a bagged breakfast to go. Disappointing. Also I received no response to my message to the property on Expedia even though I boooed three days in advance

We liked the kitchen, especially the dishwasher, but no microwave, which isn't great at all. We had frozen meals... Really disappointed! The air conditioning doesn't work and the bathtub is clogged. Big rip-off: breakfast isn't included! It's $21 per person! The only good thing is that they allow dogs. Relatively quiet location... right next to a busy road. I don't recommend this place at all.

Cute inn and the included breakfast was delightful. The carpet in the hallway to the suites made us a little nervous for what the state of the rooms would be in but the rooms were lovely and clean.

Our room had a wonderful balcony and a mini kitchen which was great, as on Sunday the restaurant closed at 2 pm. We had food and drinks with us so we had a very relaxing evening on the deck.
