We stayed 4 nights to do umrah. The hotel is close 12 min walking distance to kaaba and if you are planning to go to Haram for 5 prayers it is a great place. The price is very reasonable. One issue is that the rooms are small and has only space for beds and your luggage. Therefore you cannot eat in your room since there is no table. I asked the receptionist and they suggested to eat in the dinning floor, which was very helpful. The restaurant is not operational so you can buy your food from outside and eat it with your family in the dining floor. The hotel needs renovation urgently, many cracks and leakages. When you take a shower, because the bath curtains were not installed properly you can end up flooding the floor.

No hassle check in. Allowed to keep our luggage after check out. Overall good experience

The ratio quality/price in overall is good, the hotel is at a short, flat walking distance to the Haram, located in a commercial street. We were 3 persons sharing a room, initially designed to host two beds only, anyway due to the purpose of our visit we didn't care a lot about it. The hotel is under renovation, finished rooms are better then the old one, we tried both. Bathroom is small, the floor needs to be replaced. The hotel doesn't have a luggage room, they don't offer wake-up call service neither a balance which could make the life of the guests easier. We didn't try the breakfast.

Rooms very clean also specious. Staffs are very friendly and helpful mainly Abdur Rahman was a great man with his service.

The bathroom was not clean given the bad facility which is not at all as shown in the bathroom pictures. I had to change rooms on my first day as bathroom of the first one smelled. Yet, the staff helped me change the room as quick as possible. It's pretty close to the Haram (around 10 min walking)

Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Haram entfernt. Die Umgebung ist sehr belebt & zentral, daher ist es immer etwas lauter. Leider sind die Fenster nicht gut verdichtet. ABER: das Personal ist top! Sie kommen einem sehr entgegen und sind stets freundlich. Auch kann man sich nett mit ihnen unterhalten. Sauberkeit wird auch groß geschrieben in diesem Hotel. Die Flure werden auch sehr oft gereinigt, das Personal ist sehr nett. Vergesse nicht Trinkgeld für die Putzkräfte dazulassen. Sie sind Mega nett.

Cockroach in the washroom, telephone not connected every time needed room service go to ground floor from eighth floor to tell them. Room safety box was not working so take valuable with you when go out side

Very close to the Haram—only a 10-minute walk. The housekeepers are very polite and doing their best, despite the building being old and moldy. I was expecting a nicer facility, but the location helps compensate for the negatives.

This is a decent budget hotel. The rooms are very congested. The suite’s main door lacks a lock, and the rooms are locked separately, which can be inconvenient for families with children. The police do not permit taxis to enter the street in front of the hotel, so luggage drop-offs and pick-ups require special arrangements, usually involving helpers with trolleys, which can be a hassle. The road is very busy, and it takes around 20 minutes on foot to reach Haram. However, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping options right at the hotel’s doorstep.

We went for Umrah and this property is very convenient as its only a 10 minute walk to the Kaaba andhas lots of eating options around. The hotel room is good for sleeping, but small rooms and tiny bathroom and shower. The shower is small and shower curtain does not stop water from getting throughout the bathroom floor. This hotel was okay it served its purpose for sleep but overall likely eould not stay agein unless no other nicer option available as very small rooms, and tiny bathroom and A/C and air circulation poor.

Personnel réactif seulement lors de la présence du duty manager!! Hôtel proche du Haram mais le personnel manque d’honnêteté. On nous a donné une chambre qui devait être en maintenance car il y avait beaucoup de réparation a faire et équipements manquants!! Après plusieurs demandes d’intervention et d’aller et retour pour voir le personnel pour avoir des serviettes qui nous ont été remises après minuit l’eau chaude n’était pas disponible dans la chambre car le chauffe-eau était débranché car il ne fonctionnait pas!! J’ai du insister et supplier le personnel pour nous donner une autre chambre! C’est bien dommage! On nous a donné une autre chambre qui était fonctionnelle cette fois ci et donc j’ai prolongé mon séjour mais c’était encore une fois la déception a cause du bruit des bus en bas de l’établissement et sur le boulevard Ibrahim Al Khalil et du bruit émanant de l’intérieur de l’hôtel a cause des travaux!! Je n’y reviendrai jamais!!

The hotel service was not good , no water , no tea or anything in the room the counter top was broken and we asked for chair in the room many times for my dad no body bring chair , the A/C very noisy and the hot water not good the staff was not helpful they gave us the worst room facing wall #106 and very hot we couldn’t breath well there unfortunately it was very bad experience for us will never repeat in the same hotel :(

Sängarna var väldigt dålig placerade och var obekväma sängar. Fanns kylskåp men trasig fick aldrig nån tekokare fast de sa de kommer hämta. Läget var bra väldigt nära haram cirka 5 min promenad man kunde höra azan

Really bad experience stay with them. The staff is very unprofessional. Communication level is very poor. The staff in the check-in counter was very rude. They are not totally helpful, felt like stayed free. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all.

It was worst experience my parents arrived there at 2 pm and they were told they had no booking at all, when everything was booked and prepaid 3 months in advance, after fighting and calling helpline and giving them print outs for the booking details for hours eventually they gave the room in evening around 6 pm like it was charity. This is very bad experience. Tiles in washroom were broken, old fridge. Needs serious renovations.

The location was good, walking distance to masjid al haram, alot of options for shopping and food, some staff were helpful especially the male staff but the female staff wouldnt even listen to the full query and seemed more interested in her phone and did not help at all….. we booked the room for 3 adults and 1 child and were only given 3 beds and female staff did not help in solving the issue at all so we just gave up and managed with 3 beds

Helpful Manager. I was a bit early. Had requested and they accommodated by checking in early. The Housekeeping , did not clean the room. We had to call for towels.
