Holiday Inn Bismarck by IHG

Manager cancelled our room at 3pm after we paid for our room in full. Didn’t call us or let us know. Didn’t find out til almost midnight when we went to check in with our kids. It’s graduation weekend and no rooms left anywhere in town. Horrible management.

Tub/shower was clogged didn’t drain & could tell it hasn’t got some time by staining and uncleanliness Hotel staff was great Beds comfortable This hotel is usually very clean and nice but our rooms bathroom was gross They shouldn’t make rooms available that doesn’t have a properly draining tub/shower

Clean, friendly, great for families. Plenty of parking. Nice pool and hot tub.

Room = Smelled like sewer gas upon arrival, stained sheets Staff= understaffed for the check in period, long waits. Then when needed there was no answer via phone, or person at the front desk. Parking lot also very icy, was not cleaned well.

Yes the breakfast was great..staff was very friendly and helpful
