A most FANTASTIC hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious room and excellent staff. Loved the full size refer. Even had staff vacuuming the laundry room. Front desk made us decaf coffee. Good dog walk areas, but avoid the rear bc there’s a steep drop off down a hill. Highly recommend!

Property was easily accessible, pet friendly, and clean. There was definitely a hands-on approach to the safety concerns and the staff was willing to help us find parking for our uhaul. Very nice place

I booked this hotel hoping to be able to conduct business in the lobby. To my dismay, the lobby was being dry-walled and this was not advertised to me at checkout. The place smelled as a result as well. My shower head did not stay in place putting water everywhere but where I needed it.

Good hotel and good price. No breakfast, had coffee and tea. Had a grill on site to use for guests which we took advantage of. No pool-but didn't want to swim anyway. Rooms were good, kitchenet available and clean. Beds were good, pillows were ok-may want to bring your own. We liked it enough to book it again the next weekend. Would stay again!

Clean room and comfortable bed. Coffee is amazing. Staff is exceptional. Hotel under construction so bottom floor exits blocked by workers. They don’t pick up after themselves when finished for the day so it looks horrible and is hazardous other than that it was a great place to stay

My room was not as clean as other hotels I stayed at during my travels. My sheets had blood stains, there was hons of hair hidden in the shower curtain and the tops of dressers were not cleaned. It was gross. The hotel appeared to look nice but the lack of cleaning details was disappointing.

The bed had bed bugs, and blood on sheets! we went back to desk and the guy couldn’t refund us, he needed management to do it and maybe she will be in Monday! Also he had headphones on my husband asked him to take them off!

This place had visible grime on all cabinets and on a table in the room. There was hair still in the shower. The towel holder was very dusty. All areas that should be cleaned after every single guest. There were people in the hallway making noise until 3:00am. There were homeless people outside looking into cars. I would avoid if you like clean spaces and a good night of sleep. Photos are deceiving. Stay at the Fairfield across the way for only a little bit more money. Not worth it AT ALL.

First room had not been cleaned. Toilet was nasty, food in refrigerator, not vacuumed, etc Changed rooms and the second room was not much better. It was dirty also, no toiletries, had not been vacuumed, trash in cans, etc. Would not stay again, terrible. Don’t judge all My Place Hotels by this location. Some are very well managed and clean.

Rooms were spacious had a full refrigerator which was very convenient considering going out to eat and being able to put food in a normal size refrigerator you could cook , there's a stove plus there was a coffee pot.

We had a recently renovated room with new carpet, new mattresses, etc. it was very nice! The hotel is close to highways making it a convenient place to stay overnight if traveling through. Beds were super comfortable!!

Cons: Front desk understaffed. Twice went there to find a sign saying the sole staffer was elsewhere on property. Had to wait for about 5 minutes. They have a well-stocked convenience store but for some reason you can’t charge to your room. Pros: It’s one of the cleanest, best maintained hotels I have stayed in in a while. The kitchen is roomy and convenient. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall this experience will cause me to seek out the brand for other stays around the country. Plenty of device plugins for my family’s electronics!

I didn't even realize there was a kitchenette! Also, the full size coffeemaker was a bonus for my mom and me. There was a mix-up and I was double charged for a one night stay. I spoke to the manager and she got it taken care of right away. I would stay here again!

What a wonderful hotel! The man at the front desk (Bryan) was soooo funny. My friend and I had driven 850 miles and we were quite tired, but then Bryan welcomed us to the hotel and made us laugh with his humor. What a wonderful man! Before we went to our room, Bryan gave us the number to a local sub sandwich shop that delivers and told us if we needed anything , please don’t hesitate to ask. Best customer service ever!! Oh my goodness…..the beds were so comfortable and we had a restful nights sleep ( my friend said “ best pillows at any hotel she’s ever stayed in”). Thank you for taking pride in your hotel and your staff. We will be back.

On a road trip from Seattle to Virginia and we checked in late but Dani was so nice and helpful. Everything was great except for being woken up by someone banging on the door at 830 am by housekeeping asking if we were still in there when check out isn’t until 11 and we had not even turned our keys in. Im sure in the system it didnt say we checked out. After being on the road for 12 hours yesterday that was very annoying and inconsiderate.

No sign, perhaps it was broken because of a storm. The rooms were super clean, the bed very comfortable. Close to highway and train tracks, so some external noise, but not unbearable. I would stay again.

Hotel was easy to find, easy to check in, clean and very welcoming. However, if you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best location to stay. There are active rail tracks on either side of the property, and if your room is in the backside of the hotel, the tracks are less than 100 yards from your window. And they run all.... night.... long Beds were very comfortable.

The property itself is amazing, but the area is a little noisy (sits next to train tracks). Nothing I couldn’t handle, and I’ll definitely book again if I come back out this way!

Great stay. No breakfast but the rooms had a kitchen-leaned from time before and just brought breakfast to make that morning. Grilled on their equipment that night. Works great. Stayed the weekend prior. D rebooked due the stay prior-and would stay again.

Walked in an had a very bad Oder that never went away. The ad in Expedia’s says breakfast available but they don’t tell you that you have to pay for it. Plus the only give you small options and only one of each item. There is nothing in the kitchens and you have to rent or bring your own. None of this is in the ad placed in Expedia

We were pleasantly surprised to have a full kitchen. Luckily we had paper plates etc along with us since there are no kitchen plates, utensils, or pans. It wasn’t an issue with us, but maybe for someone staying for multiple days it would be. Also, the motel is by a major railway. We thought it would be a problem, but it wasn’t!

We always try to stay at a My Place when we travel. This was our first time staying at this location. Check in was quick and easy. When we got to our room, we noticed that the counter top had crumbs on it. We also realized the next morning that we only had one set of towels for the bathroom. Other than that, the room was quiet, cool and dark.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable and everything felt kept up. Easy access to the highway without a lot of noise (though you are near trains but to me that’s not bad). I’d definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.
