4 stars? More like a bad joke – this place doesn’t even deserve one. Let’s start with the parking – or lack of it. When I booked, there was no mention that the parking is tiny and shared with a gym. So not only do hotel guests fight for a spot, but you’re also competing with gym-goers. Great planning, right? We booked a superior twin room – not sure what was "superior" about it. The room was like a sauna, with no ventilation at all. When we complained at 10 PM, we were told to move rooms. Seriously? The night before a wedding? We had everything laid out and packed, and were forced to repack and move because of their poor facilities. As for the restaurant – laughable. It doesn’t even open until 10 AM, so forget about any kind of early breakfast. And don’t expect a full English – not even an attempt. The food we did try was just overloaded with chilli. Apparently, that's their one flavor. Oh, and the staff? Unhelpful and full of attitude. In the room, there were no glasses for water. Tea and coffee were there, but no stirrers – how are we meant to mix anything, with our fingers? When I ordered food from outside and asked for cutlery, I was told, “We don’t provide that.” Seriously? I don’t know who handed them 4 stars, but they need to get their eyesight checked. This place was a total disappointment from start to finish. Never again.

Experience was poor, Breakfast is not served until 09-00 and that far to late to allow for breakfast and leaving for appointments. My kettle was not working, asked for replacement nothing came. Shower ran cold. Gym was a bonus for me, however, so over crowded that i was unable to train. disappointing experience.

We wouldn’t stay again. On arrival, we were told the lift wasn’t working. This meant carrying six pieces of luggage up to the second floor. We should have been informed of this before arrival. If using the pool, you will need to take your bathroom towels down with you. Our room was very dark, the lighting installed wasn’t adequate. When we went out for dinner, we found food scattered along the corridor and stairwells. We didn’t have a positive stay.

Great location with tube about an 2 min walk , shops and cafes very close by too and spa /pool / gym . Comfy beds /generally clean / modern idea but a little shabby . Staff all polite and helpful

The best part of the hotel is the Meraki Spa located within the hotel. We got massages and they were incredible. Highly recommend the Spa. As for the hotel; the location is good as it’s near Hounslow town centre with plenty of food options and cineworld. Tube station is just a couple minutes walk away so easily accessible. The hotel itself wasn’t amazing. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are open to the gym members so it gets pretty busy. It’s evident that the hotel is old and requires maintenance.

Pool and spa was really nice bedrooms were clean and comfy ..carpark has around 8 spaces and charge an extra £20 ..which is a bit much ..no snacks or drinks available has a Indian restaurant attached ..In the middle of the night was woken up to a very strong smell of weed which seemed to be coming from the air con as no windows that could open so was the only explanation..when telling the guy the following morning he looked at me like i was crazy and disnt believe. But i know the smell and was definitely the green stuff so that was most likely why i had a good 😴 sleep but was concerned how this could happened and no money given off when mentioning this .

Awful hotel. Car park was full so we had to park elsewhere for our stay, all communal areas smelt of the Indian restaurant at all hours of the day, and our ‘Superior’ hotel was basic at best. No drinking water provided in the room so we had to go and purchase some, and the aircon barely worked - which was needed because our window wouldn’t open. The pool is not operated by the hotel and is part of a muscle gym, and the pool itself was too cold to even swim in. Not a welcoming or relaxing atmosphere whatsoever. Whole place needs a deep clean and an intensive refurbishment.

This hotel is amazing my room is equipped with everything, beautiful South Indian restaurant on site. Spa is free and I had a Thai massage.Extended for another night will be back. 5 star service.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Local shops, plenty of parking near by if you can't fit in their car park. Room was clean, lovely shower and really comfy bed. To top it off complimentary use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam room! Honestly couldn't have asked for anything more.

Definitely not a 4* hotel. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel, especially in the lift. The carpets in the room had many clumps of hair and seemed unclean, The kettle had limescale and black debris which looked like scales from the heating element. On the plus side the room was spacious and I had a comfortable night's sleep.

The rooms smell bad. Musty and moldy smell. I had a bad stay. The staff member was lovely and tried to help and gave me another room. The windows don't open. You felt claustrophobic. The fridge didn't work. It was a very bad experience. The rooms are clean and have everything but the hotel is old. Adjacent rooms and lots of noise. Busy elevator. Bad hotel. There is a good pool and sauna but it is a modern area belonging to the gym under different ownership. They promised in the description that there is breakfast. And there is no breakfast. Informs incorrectly. I had to wash all the clothes because they smelled of mold and mildew.

The room felt dirty. The drapes were falling of their hooks. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging onto the wall. They had a small fan for air circulation instead of AC. They had a portable AC unit in the hall. The room has a musty smell.

Room good size, lots of storage. Clean comfy bedding and decent bathroom with big shower cubicle with toiletries. Limited parking but we got a spot and hotel gave us it at descounted price. Staff helpful. Didnt eat at restaurant, but did go across the road to Travelodge for English Breakfast Just not 4 star. Decor needs redoing, scuff marks, chips. Lampshades cracked. Paint chipped. Carpet stained. Curtain burnt mark. Bathroom fan pitted in dust. Undesirable marks on walls. Didnt get time to check out spa as at the Rugby.

The pictures for this hotel did not reflect what the rooms where supposed to look like. The bathroom was dirty, the room smelled, there was hair on my pillows. I could go on and on. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. They definitely need an upgrade.Theyir was a lot of issue with this hotel.

There was clearly something wrong with the drains, as the bathroom smelled like sewers. The only way to deal with it was to put the plug in the sink, a wet towel over the drain in the shower, and then leave the bathroom extractor fan on. In the middle of the night, the main room lights started turning on and off, waking everyone. This continued for twenty minutes until I removed the room key from the master switch. No reason was given for either of these issues.

Definitely more a 2 star than higher, no air con ,can't open room windows , fans plugged in on the landings and corridors but just blowing hot air around , 20 pounds parking for 1 night ,local area not the best.

The room was very cold. After complaining about it, they gave me a heater. There were several other things which were highly unsatisfactory. I booked the hotel for 2 nights but got out after 1 night, even without any refund. I got another hotel room, thank goodness. Never again - to that hotel.

Not terrible for for the price, but they have some problems. The AC clearly doesn’t work. I had 1 night without and asked to move and it didn’t work in the 2nd room either. Other guests were complaining. No windows open. Also issues with the lights turning on and off without me switching them. The staff were very friendly though

Arrived early , before check-in . My 6 year old and I had travelled from America , and upon arrival I asked would it be possible for a room. The receptionist was a lovely girl and checked with 2 senior staff including a manager but said it wouldn’t be possible. An hour later a lady told me a room was ready but would be an extra £20. At this point I just needed to get my son into bed as he was sleeping on me in the reception area which is very basic and uncomfortable for a 4 star hotel. The room was very basic , lighting was poor, sockets were hard to navigate. The shower door was broke also.

Pro’s: Decent sized hotel room, with good location, close to train stations and the airport. Staff were accommodating when we needed anything. There was access to a pool and hot tub via the gym (full waiver had to be signed before use). The hotel does have AC although when we arrived, the room was almost 32 degrees! Fortunately it cooled down while we went for dinner. Con’s: Not the greatest lighting - fairly dim and touchscreen buttons to use, some of which didn’t seem to work. The bathroom fan was wildly noisy and tied to the bathroom light so was on whenever the light was. There was a dripping noise at one point and the sink is designed in such a way that the water splashes out and gets your legs damp! The towel warming rack didn’t work but we were told it’s a health & safety concern? The phone wasn’t plugged in and the tv didn’t seem to work either. Stayed 2 nights, one was enough.
Pro’s: Decent sized hotel room, with good location, close to train stations and the airport. Staff were accommodating when we needed anything. There was access to a pool and hot tub via the gym (full waiver had to be signed before use). The hotel does have AC although when we arrived, the room was almost 32 degrees! Fortunately it cooled down while we went for dinner. Con’s: Not the greatest lighting - fairly dim and touchscreen buttons to use, some of which didn’t seem to work. Dinning option sin the neighborhood were limited. Cute coffeeshop nearby good for breakfast or just coffee. The room design was dated but the bedding was clean and comfy. We did not get the TV to work, not the safe and the mini fridge did not seem to be connected to power.

I would not rate this hotel as 4 stars. The room was very small, bathroom had one towel and half used toilet paper roll and lotion. The towel warmer was all rusted and there was a gross stain on the carpet. Also, we had no electricity for 2 hours as charging our phones tripped the circuit in the room. They did eventually fix it but that should not have happened

I was locked out of my room, leading me to miss an important meeting. It took over 30 minutes to resolve and I ended up needing to move rooms. The staff did everything they could but it seems that they should have been prepared and able to override a broken electronic lock.

The staff and the manager named Jatin were the reason we decided to stay. Jatin was the nicest and most welcoming person ever! Def recommend this place because of the great people working there even though the facility is a little outdated.

Arrived early , before check-in . My 6 year old and I had travelled from America , and upon arrival I asked would it be possible for a room. The receptionist was a lovely girl and checked with 2 senior staff including a manager but said it wouldn’t be possible. An hour later a lady told me a room was ready but would be an extra £20. At this point I just needed to get my son into bed as he was sleeping on me in the reception area which is very basic and uncomfortable for a 4 star hotel. The room was very basic , lighting was poor, sockets were hard to navigate. The shower door was broke also.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Local shops, plenty of parking near by if you can't fit in their car park. Room was clean, lovely shower and really comfy bed. To top it off complimentary use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam room! Honestly couldn't have asked for anything more.

While close to the underground station I didn't feel comfortable to walk the short distance at night with my luggage. The room was clean except for the old carpet. The wifi wasn't working and the air conditioning was difficult to control. We were only staying one night before an early flight and the bed/bathroom were clean.

I would stay there again. Room size was adequate, room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. I ate in their restaurant, and there were plenty of quick bites and shops in the neighbourhood. A short walk to the tube, and a short ride to Heathrow. My advice is to get a professional (not an Uncle!) to attend to the fixtures which were off their screws, lamp shades, stiff door bolt, etc. The fridge used to be for a mini-bar. Now that is no longer a mini bar, please remove the holders for the individual bottles etc. so that the small fridge space is more useful. You should provide small soaps etc instead of the all-purpose dispensers. A translucent curtain and not just the thick one. Also, it would be good to have a good overall light for the room, instead of just table lamps.

The hotel is 4 minutes away (walk) from a Tube station, take in consideration is a 40 min ride to central London, the room was ok, clean, smell a bit moist but not a huge deal, the room was cleaned well on a daily basis. The staff was very nice and provided a good service, the area is not the most glamorous but if you are going to use this hotel as a place to stay while enjoying the day in London this will do for a very decent price. I would stay here again with no issues

First of all. The amenities presented to be part of this hotel are actually the Gold's Gym where you would have to have a membership to access them. Second, in order to check into the hotel, I had to go through the Indian restaurant downstairs. I arrived at 8pm to LHR, and instead of the 1--15 minute drive that was spoken about, it took almost 25mins. When I was dropped off, there was no clear entrance to the hotel, and while outside, I noticed how unsafe it appeared. Groups of people were hanging out across the street on the corner and it felt extremely unsafe, especially for my girlfriend. Won't be staying here again.

4 stars? More like a bad joke – this place doesn’t even deserve one. Let’s start with the parking – or lack of it. When I booked, there was no mention that the parking is tiny and shared with a gym. So not only do hotel guests fight for a spot, but you’re also competing with gym-goers. Great planning, right? We booked a superior twin room – not sure what was "superior" about it. The room was like a sauna, with no ventilation at all. When we complained at 10 PM, we were told to move rooms. Seriously? The night before a wedding? We had everything laid out and packed, and were forced to repack and move because of their poor facilities. As for the restaurant – laughable. It doesn’t even open until 10 AM, so forget about any kind of early breakfast. And don’t expect a full English – not even an attempt. The food we did try was just overloaded with chilli. Apparently, that's their one flavor. Oh, and the staff? Unhelpful and full of attitude. In the room, there were no glasses for water. Tea and coffee were there, but no stirrers – how are we meant to mix anything, with our fingers? When I ordered food from outside and asked for cutlery, I was told, “We don’t provide that.” Seriously? I don’t know who handed them 4 stars, but they need to get their eyesight checked. This place was a total disappointment from start to finish. Never again.

Experience was poor, Breakfast is not served until 09-00 and that far to late to allow for breakfast and leaving for appointments. My kettle was not working, asked for replacement nothing came. Shower ran cold. Gym was a bonus for me, however, so over crowded that i was unable to train. disappointing experience.

Unsure why previous reviews were negative. I found the stay comfortable and enjoyable with free access to the onsite spa and pool. The restaurant features exclusively Asian cuisine and was excellent. Only drawback is there is no breakfast service before 9:00am. Very good value for money

The staff was very nice and helpful. The property however is not as it seems in the pictures. The rooms are needing some fixes and the pictures online are should I say outdated compared to what we actually saw in the roo Itself mood lighting didn’t work air conditioning had issues clean but looked rundown. Staff was in restaurant was very nice also.

this isn’t a 4 star hotel. The hotel was really dirty and housekeeping did not make room as requested reception said they couldn’t do anything about it I ended up doing it myself. Never going back there. Parking was charged although when I dd the booking there was no mention of paid parking. Never again.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The floors have a weird old musty smell, the rooms are like saunas with no openable windows and the amenities don’t work. Sauna was consistently out of use during our stay and the parking was awful and overpriced. There were never any spaces yet you had to pay 20 pounds anyway. Avoid!
