Room 1 was lovely, lots of space, nicely furnished and decorated. Great shower, everything worked correctly. The only issue we had was the fire-door immediately outside the room - the self closer would cause the door to bang every time someone came up the stairs which was loud and disruptive. A damper or just some foam in the door recess would fix this. Everything else, plus amazing food and staff made our stay excellent. Olympic breakfast!!

The hotel is excellent and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are miserable except the one girl who was on the bar thursday evening. Also paid for the rooms up front and asked for food drinks to be put on my room, as we had 2 rooms. Was made to feel like a criminal as they had not taken my company credit card details on arrival even though I offered,and then on the last evening they asked before we had even taken a drink. I believe because i was in shorts and a tee shirt rather that shirt and trousers and tie which we would normally wear they classed us differently. Staff should never judge a book by its cover. Kind regards business and commercial manager.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our family visited overnight during the Lytham Music Festival, and it provided the perfect countryside escape. We truly appreciated the great atmosphere, the spacious rooms, and the delicious food. A special thank you to the manager, who was incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit.
