The Tower Cottage

This is a beautiful property in a quiet residential neighborhood. I was able to park my car on the street across from the B&B. The proprietor, Tony, was helpful, friendly, and easily explained access to the property. I stayed in the Victorian Garden Room, which is on the second floor. The room looked exactly like the photographs provided on the Hotels.com website. It was pristine and beautiful. The bathroom contained a separate shower and luxury bathtub, with a full complement of toiletries and towels. The bedroom closet contained terry cloth bathrobes. The entire property was clean, spotless, and pleasant. My only regret was having to leave early, not being able to stay the following morning for breakfast. The dining room is beautiful and I'm positive I would have enjoyed it. A tray of wrapped snacks including baked goods and fruit is left in the foyer, and I took two oatmeal raisin cookies upon leaving. They were the best oatmeal raisin cookies I've ever enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again and will provide a word of caution to travelers with physical or mobility issues, bearing in mind this is a historical property constructed in the late 1800s. You will need to navigate stairs to access your room and be in the condition to do so. I was able to handle this issue, post knee surgery, but realize it may be a concern for others with similar challenges.

The property was beautiful and meticulous. The location, breakfast and comfy bed were all lovely. Can't wait to go back!!! Owner was super friendly and accommodating.

So close to downtown and the beach. Although the spa is a bit further away.
