Comfort Inn & Suites

Area was good with many places to eat nearby however the furnishing in the room was very worn out. They only cleaned our room once in our 3 day stay and that one time it was done partially. They didn’t make the bed, did take used towels but didn’t replace them. Breakfast was very poor and limited but every staff person was super friendly and helpful.

Megan, at the front desk, was very helpful. We had an issue with the wifi in our room. She moved us to another room with great reception.

My bride and I had a wonderful weekend here. In fairness, the hotel could use some updates (carpet, paint, etc.), but the rooms are cleaned and maintained well, and regularly over all of the days we were there, and the staff…every one we spoke with…was super courteous and helpful and catered to our needs with excellence. The breakfasts were great, and the manager of those breakfasts was super helpful at all times and always cleaning to make room for new guests with the same exceptional breakfast service. There is plenty of parking in well-lit areas, and the sounds of the occasional train along Route 66 were not too intrusive. The over-all experience with this hotel is that we would definitely stay again.

Very clean, very nice and helpful staff

They were under construction so things were naturally not as clean as would be expected. I waited 10 minutes for someone to check me in upon arrival. I let the front desk know the first night that the room phone did not work and the toilet seat was not bolted to the toilet. They let me know that they would have someone fix it the next day but it was not fixed. The ac unit continued to run even though I had it turned off. There was mold in the shower. The bed was comfortable.
