Overall the place was tidy. The bed was horrible, one side had a massive dip in it, very uncomfortable

The toilet cleaning brush had someone else’s excrements on it. The dryer filter was full of someone else’s lint and debris. The aircon requires a thorough cleaning during operation the aircon did not blow air until the filters were removed. Beds did not have any fitted sheets for the mattress, second duvet available to use in the room smelt like it had not been washed in a long time. I have been to numerous quest motels across nz and aus and this is the first one that I have genuinely felt unclean and not happy with.

Everything was great. For what we paid for it. Didn't had water in the fridges kitchen was nice washing and dry was great to have. No smoking areas that the front doors. Either than that's. Give you 3 star 🌟. I been Thurs alot of Quest hotel. Best one, I have been is Napier and Tauranga. So far

For the price we paid, for 4 star accommodation, we felt the bed was too soft and sagged slightly in the middle. Furthermore, the sheets were not wide enough to tuck in effectively; the became untucked as soon as we got into bed making for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. When you consider that typically, on holiday, most people would spend the majority of any time in the room, in bed asleep, therefore I find the bed and bedding to be incredibly important. In this case we were disappointed.
