Evidemment ce n'est qu'un hotel de passage mais il rempli le job a la perfection. l'accueil est chaleureux (c'est la premiere fois qu'a chacun de mes passages dans le hall d'accueil tout le personnel se lève), c'est moderne et tres propre. Certes la chambre est petite et n'a pas de fenêtre mais elle a tout le confort avec une bonne literie, télé connectée, bouilloire, douche italienne puissante (en plein milieu de la sdb sans protection mais c'est souvent en Asie) De plus, il y a une petite salle de fitness et un tres agréable rooftop. Enfin la situation vraiment ideale a la porte du NU Shopping center un tres grand mall pour les derniers achats et surtout a deux pas du KLIA (train express) qui nous amènes au coeur de l'aéroport. (ascenseur devant la porte de l'hotel et hop : la gare) Dernier détail important : l'hotel est ok pour les départs tardifs. A partir de midi il facture 10 Ringgit de l'heure avec la première heure gratuite. Je suis resté jusqu'a 17h et j'ai donc payé 40 Ringgit soit 8€.

Convenient location. It’s about 3-5 mins walk to KL Sentral Railway (via Nu Sentral) and a 1 min walk from KL Monorail Station. It’s more of a business hotel concept, convenient to get to places. フロントの方々の愛想がとても良く、私が英語を理解していなくても嫌な顔せず、丁寧に接してくださりました。 バスローブがないのとシャワーの温度が上がりにくかったのは少し残念でしたが、部屋は清潔で清掃も行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。 インスタで事前に拝見していたような記念写真も撮ってくださり、素敵な時間を過ごすことができました！ The people at the front desk were very friendly and treated me politely without showing any annoyance even though I didn't understand English. I was a little disappointed that there were no bathrobes and that it was difficult to get the shower temperature up, but the room was clean and well-maintained, so I had a comfortable stay. They even took commemorative photos for me, just like the ones I had seen on Instagram, and I had a wonderful time!

Fantastic staff, everybody, this includes front staff and everyone else that worked in the hotel. Right next door to Monorail and Railway Station. Exceptional value for money. You could book trips from the reception which was great for a tourist. Room was compact and had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable and the hotel had been fully refurbished. We are planning to stay there again next year. I also must als say a big thank you to Bilan on level four who was most helpful and always greeted us with a big smile. Thank you Bilan and everyone at Easy Hotel 😁

The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming. The delux triple room was very cramped. There were several signs saying no alcohol, which was not obvious when booking. The area for breakfast was open to the road and had motorbikes parked in it so, we just left that. Would return.

Great price hotel. Aside from that there are thin walls so sleep is unlikely without earplugs. People are noisy all hours of the night and construction is happening due to refurbishing rooms that does exceed times the hotel states. My room was tiny. A queen bed with little room either side. enough apacw for a bedside table and small fridge. Much smaller than what I saw online. Aircon directly faces the bed so I’ve ended up with nasal congestion. The showers was Luke warm at the hottest setting and maintenance were not able to get it any hotter so u actually freeze showering. The shower rose is in a fixed position where u can’t angle the head to direct to ur body unless u hand hold it. Pillows were massive and fat so no suited to a stomach sleeper and u may end up with a sore neck. Cleanliness wise it was ok. Location wise Bukit Bintang is better option. The room had no windows so my body clock had no idea what was going on. Don’t be friendly to hotel cleaning staff. They mistake a friendly thank you for helping to try and sort out my shower temperature hug for soemthing more next minute they want a picture with u, then they kiss ur hand which was uncomfortable and not welcomed and then they ask for a kiss on the cheek. Solo female traveller here.

Shower is a bit cold as the electronic heater does not have enough power. But not so cold. Room is cozy and clean. Refrigerator is off when we go out because all power is cut off after leaving the room. Here is one advice. We left the hotel very early in the morning to take the first KLIA express at 5am. Nu Sentral mall was closed, so we went around the building from the left on the ground level and reached the station through bus stops.

We’re transiting for train towards Thailand, the location of this hotel is unbeatable. Reception was warm and welcoming, check-in process was quick and easy. There’s a local mamak restaurant (ABC Bistro) connected to this hotel - we didn’t try due to time constraints but it’s a great option. 2 convenience stores by the side and NU mall just across the road. Room has strong musty smell but once AC is on dry mode it clears up. However if you do leave the room the electricity cuts off, the musty smell will welcome you again when you return to the room. Facilities and location match the price paid. We were given the queen single bed configuration meant for 3 guests despite us booking only for queen. I noticed 2 strains of hair (both different texture) lying in plain sight on the queen bed, decided to remove them and let it pass. My travel companion took the single bed and was bitten by a bug (not sure bed bug or tick or something else) and had several bite marks on his forehead and back. His rest was affected and he found the little bug on his bed. After much deliberation we decided to share the queen bed which was clear of bug. Toilet is quite big and shower pressure is great. Check out process is simple as well. Recommend this hotel for accessibility and convenience.

It’s by the central station but otherwise no good reason to stay. It’s noisy. Smelt of chemicals. Thin walls. Very basic. Maybe a step up from a hostel. Yes it was cheap. But I wished we’d paid more

Property photos are very deceiving. It's in a lot worse condition with mold in bathrooms. Toilet shower and sink are all joined together in bathroom, so water gets everywhere. But at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. This is a budget hotel, so don't expect much and you'll be fine. Just don't expect to get what's in their photos. On the more positive side, staff was very nice and attentive!

The location of the hotel is both a good and bad. It is conveniently located at KL Sentral, but the traffic around is terrible. The staff is friendly and the room is clean overall. The breakfast is just bread and coffee at the bistro attached to the hotel. The major issue is the bathroom where the shower area is combined with the toilet area so water can fill up the entire bathroom. It is not the setting we feel comfortable with.

It’s by the central station but otherwise no good reason to stay. It’s noisy. Smelt of chemicals. Thin walls. Very basic. Maybe a step up from a hostel. Yes it was cheap. But I wished we’d paid more

Great price hotel. Aside from that there are thin walls so sleep is unlikely without earplugs. People are noisy all hours of the night and construction is happening due to refurbishing rooms that does exceed times the hotel states. My room was tiny. A queen bed with little room either side. enough apacw for a bedside table and small fridge. Much smaller than what I saw online. Aircon directly faces the bed so I’ve ended up with nasal congestion. The showers was Luke warm at the hottest setting and maintenance were not able to get it any hotter so u actually freeze showering. The shower rose is in a fixed position where u can’t angle the head to direct to ur body unless u hand hold it. Pillows were massive and fat so no suited to a stomach sleeper and u may end up with a sore neck. Cleanliness wise it was ok. Location wise Bukit Bintang is better option. The room had no windows so my body clock had no idea what was going on. Don’t be friendly to hotel cleaning staff. They mistake a friendly thank you for helping to try and sort out my shower temperature hug for soemthing more next minute they want a picture with u, then they kiss ur hand which was uncomfortable and not welcomed and then they ask for a kiss on the cheek. Solo female traveller here.

フロントの方々の愛想がとても良く、私が英語を理解していなくても嫌な顔せず、丁寧に接してくださりました。 バスローブがないのとシャワーの温度が上がりにくかったのは少し残念でしたが、部屋は清潔で清掃も行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。 インスタで事前に拝見していたような記念写真も撮ってくださり、素敵な時間を過ごすことができました！ The people at the front desk were very friendly and treated me politely without showing any annoyance even though I didn't understand English. I was a little disappointed that there were no bathrobes and that it was difficult to get the shower temperature up, but the room was clean and well-maintained, so I had a comfortable stay. They even took commemorative photos for me, just like the ones I had seen on Instagram, and I had a wonderful time!

Fantastic staff, everybody, this includes front staff and everyone else that worked in the hotel. Right next door to Monorail and Railway Station. Exceptional value for money. You could book trips from the reception which was great for a tourist. Room was compact and had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable and the hotel had been fully refurbished. We are planning to stay there again next year. I also must als say a big thank you to Bilan on level four who was most helpful and always greeted us with a big smile. Thank you Bilan and everyone at Easy Hotel 😁

This is a budget hotel so it’s nothing too crazy fancy but it is well kept and filled with friendly and accommodating staff with proximity so close to a shopping mall you’re there in two minutes! The mall has everything you could need: Coffee, Mr. DIY, clothes and more PLUS easy access to ATMS at the 711’s right next door. Restaurants in the area. Trains are also just a short walk through the mall- and can take you straight to destinations like Batu Caves. Highly recommend the spot for walkability, access to sights, transportation, and friendly accommodating staff.

홍콩 느르와르 좋아 하시는 분은 좋음. 절대 친구랑은 아님. 혼자오니 바깥이 시끄러울수 있다고 창문없는 방을 지정해줌. 아침 식사는 옆에 붙은 가계와 공유 침대시트는 과탄산소다로 얼룩 지우면 훨씬 깔끔할 듯.특히 동남아 경우, 전기 콘센트문제 있을 수 있으므로 챙기고 혹 깜박했을경우 역주변 자판기나 편의점이용하면 좋은 교통편 최적지인데 신식의 역과 차로 하나 건너 20년차이나는 그런거 좋아하시는 분은 좋은 곳임. 가성비 차원에서 나쁘지 않은 듯 그리고 체크아웃시 RM10 을 세금으로 받아감. 쿠알라룸푸르 기대가 너무컷나 싶을 정도로 실망이 큼

Nice hotel and good value for money. Staff very friendly and location right next to NU Sentral and KL Sentral station. Rooms have TV’s with YouTube preloaded. The hotel has no smoking and no alcohol policy but there is a rooftop terrace with a smoking area.

A great place to stay near KL Sentral station and easily accessible through the shopping mall. Very friendly staff and a warm welcome, clean and comfortable rooms - always my first choice when I visit KL. The roof garden is a nice addition with a book exchange and great views.
