Veldig greit hotell med god beliggenhet ved elven, kort vei til Beijing Road. Shuttle tik Canton Fair tar ca 20 min frem og 50 min tilbake. Litt begrenset frokost, og dessuten dyr. Men fin bar på takterrassen.

very clean and amazing room. The rooftop bar has amazing cocktails and the staff is very generous. I highly recommend this place if you are a single traveler, with friends, or even with family. Overall amazing!

Overall tidy and clean. However seating is bit vanished and with marks, the edges of the bathtub also not very clean. My room is on 6th floor with a nice view, love the sunshine getting through the window with the peal river view. The mini fridge however is terrible, it's not installed firmly and shaking, so it's not suitable to put in anything at all. Overall i am happy with my stay considering the rooms size , the view and the price of it. ( Roofttop bar is absolutely a plu if you like a drink with the night river view )

Wow - Such a great place to stay, Ben and his team were super helpful and could not do enough for us - Brilliant service a real credit to the hotel industry - Hotel has great position by the river, and position overall. The band on the roof terrace were great too - We loved the stay here and are re-booking for October we would not stay anywhere else whilst in Gunagzhou- Thank you Ben and the team for all your help and look forward to coming back in October.

上房後發現梳化旁地上有水樽蓋，清潔度⼀般。房間窗口痴實晒，唔可以打開。浴缸好大，所以接水都有啲耐。電視全是雪花，搵左人上黎處理，處理完睇到電視，不過畫質都係唔清晰並且有小量雪花夾雜住，雪櫃好細，放小小野已經無位。

Bathroom wasn't perfectly clean sadly, as well as surfaces in the room. The executive twin was spacious with a river view. The staff hardly spoke any english, so it was a bit hard to communicate via translating app. All in all a good hotel in walkable distance of Beijing Road.

We had a great stay at LN Hotel Five! The location is perfect — right on the Pearl River, which is beautiful at night and lovely for a bike ride during the day. The hotel staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful, and the daily housekeeping kept the room spotless. Our room was big, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s also a short walk to Beijing Road, with plenty of dessert stores and shops nearby. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

My recent stay at LN hotel five was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. My room was spotless, and the cleanliness was much appreciated. And the bed? It was like sleeping on clouds – I had some of the best sleep I've ever had away from home. The hotel's location is fantastic too. It's incredibly close to popular markets, which made exploring and shopping super convenient. I wouldn’t call this a boutique hotel. Rooms were tired but clean enough. Awful smell coming from toilet that I mentioned a couple of times, nothing done. It was really bad in the 2 rooms we had booked. Breakfast was okay / a la carte. Lighting in bathroom terrible. Location not too bad. Staff friendly enough.

They all spoke good English and can accept international card payments. It is very conveniently located. Towels were plush. Cons: The property is not well maintained. We stayed for 4 days, while our towels were changed daily, our bedding wasn’t changed for the entire stay. The attending to detail could be better. Mini fridge had sticky residue, crisp packet found behind the curtains.

The television is completely off. Most TV programmes are either blur and distorted or not working at all. Staff are polite and courteous. Beijing road is supposedly near, but the shopping strip of Beijing road is at the other end. Be prepared to walk at least for 20 mins to reach.

Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable. A short walk from the subway, but the lovely view of the Pearl River makes up for it. The only downside was that the shower area was a little drafty/ chilly, as there is an open window/ counter at the bathtub area, hence the air-con blows in. There was also an occasional stench in the toilet area, but nothing overpowering. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again when we next visit.

The room is very nice and clean. We have a balcony room look into the pier. We loved. Reception staff speak english an very nice and a lot of courtesy. A lot of thanks to a young lady , her name is Ellie in reception helped me to book a car to go to Shenzhen because we have a lot of luggages. She telephoned to make sure luggages fit in th car. Strongly recommend this hotel

Overall ok stay and fair value for money. I would stay again if they improve the cleaning and maintenance. Pros: The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They all spoke good English and can accept international card payments. It is very conveniently located. Towels were plush. Cons: The property is not well maintained. We stayed for 4 days, while our towels were changed daily, our bedding wasn’t changed for the entire stay. The attending to detail could be better. Mini fridge had sticky residue, crisp packet found behind the curtains.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es wird täglich sauber gemacht und aufgefüllt. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption kann jeder fließend Englisch sprechen ( was in China leider nicht immer üblich ist ).

The room is very nice and clean. We have a balcony room look into the pier. We loved. Reception staff speak english an very nice and a lot of courtesy. A lot of thanks to a young lady , her name is Ellie in reception helped me to book a car to go to Shenzhen because we have a lot of luggages. She telephoned to make sure luggages fit in th car. Strongly recommend this hotel

Amazing hotel, it’s actually part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World! I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my Guangzhou trip, the room was spacious and clean, and it’s conveniently situated at the end of Beijing Road so walking over was easy. There’s also a delicious Chaoshan eatery 4 mins walk from the hotel that I was blown away with. I know some people complained about the trees blocking the river view, but I didn’t mind it too much and thought the trees provided a nice shade and coziness to the overall feel. I would definitely go back!

I wouldn’t call this a boutique hotel. Rooms were tired but clean enough. Awful smell coming from toilet that I mentioned a couple of times, nothing done. It was really bad in the 2 rooms we had booked. Breakfast was okay / a la carte. Lighting in bathroom terrible. Location not too bad. Staff friendly enough.

A Fantastic Stay at LM Hotel Five Guangzhou I had a fantastic stay at LM Hotel Five Guangzhou. It is a small luxury hotel, and that is exactly what makes it so special. Everything feels personal, attentive, and well taken care of. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Rebecca and YoYo were especially helpful and incredibly patient with me. I needed some documents printed, and although I don’t believe the hotel has a traditional business center, they went out of their way to help me. They took care of everything and made the process so easy. Their service was exceptional. The room was also excellent—very spacious, extremely clean, and beautifully comfortable. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a lot of space. The room had everything I needed, including coffee, tea, and a safe. Breakfast was another highlight. It was à la carte, and I had a fantastic omelet. The quality was excellent, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It is a small luxury hotel with excellent service, beautiful and spacious rooms, great breakfast, and a very personal atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend LM Hotel Five Guangzhou and would be very happy to stay here again.

This hotel was conveniently located in the heart of Guangzhou. You can get to many popular destinations just less than 15-20min radius. The service was excellent once you arrive at the door, we booked the wrong date and the staff kindly helped us immediately with getting 2 rooms. Throughout the stay, they were very accommodating and eager to help with anything we needed. When we walked into the room, it was surprisingly spacious and clean! We had twin beds and the restroom space was huge. The room temperature was comfortable and all the linen were emasculate. Thank you for the stay! We will recommend to everyone and stay here again!

방은 깨끗하고 이틀 묵는 동안 청소 상태는 좋았습니다. 주변 북경로와 강변으로의 접근성이 좋은 편이지만 시설에 비해 요금이 과한 느낌입니다. 북경로와 강변을 제외한 관광지와는 거리가 있으나 대중교통으로의 접근이 좋지 않고 택시는 자꾸 거리 반대편에 내려줘서 불편함이 있습니다.
