Very pleasant staff nothing to much hassle go over and above Shops just a short strool away Would have loved to stay longer but will definitely be back. I had a lovely stay at the Innisfree Guest House. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was gorgeous. It was perfect for my overnight stay. Only 3 minutes walk from the train station and probably another 4/5 minutes walk to the centre of Dundalk which is excellent. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Very charming hostess, with a warm welcome. Loved the candles everywhere, very homey. A little bit tired, but highest issue for me was the road noise. This hotel faces directly onto a busy road, and my room looked out onto a gas station, which probably increased the traffic noise.

A revisit after a couple of years of being unable to travel. As soon as i knew i was going to the North of Eire i booked this hotel again and was not disappointed lovely front bedroom spacious with a good shower and a a good breakfast to start every day. under an hour from Dublin airport i will definately book again when back in the north of Eire.

The building was magnificent, every room was so grand. We were on the top floor so that was extremely tiring but very wide stairs so that helped. Breakfast was superb. My only criticism was the soap dispensers weren't great. Luckily, we had our own soap so there was no need for us to go up and down those stairs! I must say though, my daughter (obviously, far younger) was fine with the top floor.

Innisfree House was a lovely place to stay. Nicely old-fashioned and well-furnished common rooms and bedroom (but with modern kettle and TV!), very comfortable bed, and a delicious breakfast provided each morning. There didn't seem to be many other guests around during my stay and so the building was very quiet. Staff were all friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Only concern was locked front door on arrival. Contact phone numbers to call are clearly displayed - however my international cell calls would not go through Fortunately the innkeeper was there and was able to answer the door. After hours arrival could have been a problem!

Greeted by friendly host. Lovely period house with splendid decor. Was given a great bedroom with very comfy bed. Tasty Irish breakfast served in an elegant dining room full of more period features. I’ll book again the next time I’m in Ireland.

My stay was magical. The bed was so comfortable that I didn’t want to get up. If it wasn’t for the delicious breakfast that was being served, I might have stayed in bed. The staff really makes you feel like royalty. The beautiful interior, antiques, china, crystal, and chandeliers will take your breath away and transport you to a time gone by. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Innisfree House. I stayed 5 nights and really didn’t want to leave.

I had a simply amazing time when I stayed here. If there were a 10 star rating I would be ticking the box. Great nights sleep. Fabulous Breakfast It's a very beautiful house with such character and everything about it was perfect. It's a true gem and what all B & B should thrive to be. I'd highly recommend it to anyone and they all do afternoon tea and you rent the house entirely to yourself family and friends.
