L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro della città e offre una convenzione con uno dei parcheggi principali. La mia camera aveva un arredamento vecchio e un po' raffazzonato. Bagno datato. La colazione viene servita in un bar vicino alla struttura, ed è pertanto limitata.

Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many.

Ciao! Fate attenzione al parcheggio, assicuratevi di chiedere prima in reception se hanno convenzioni di parcheggi a pagamento vicini. Molto difficile da raggiungeee in macchina, io l’ho addirittura ammaccata. Inoltre lo sciacquone del bagno va alimentato. in acqua, cioè che c’è una leva da girare per fare entrare acqua e poter tirare lo scarico

The hotel was very clean and staff courteous and friendly. The furniture overall needs some refurbishing but on the whole it was quite a pleasant experience. Location was just right outside the city's escalators so made it easy to access the heart of the city and the lower part of the city. Accommodation is very basic but it is ideal for travellers like us who use the room just for keeping bags, showering and sleeping at night since the rooms are not that big.

Mitigé. Hôtel très bien situé au pied de la vieille ville qui est accessible avec escalator. Chambre spacieuse et propre, méritant un peu de réfection. Le problème, c'est l'accueil : un peu en dilettante :personne lors de notre arrivée.... personne n'a répondu à nos appels téléphoniques quand on voulait prévenir de l'heure d'arrivée. Donc pas de possibilité de parking la première nuit...car une borne avec télécommande en bloque l'entrée, du coup parking public à 20 euros la nuit. Et lorsqu'on peut parquer la voiture, la télécommande n'est pas toujours disponible, et on ne peut sortir la voiture à notre convenance.... le bazar quoi ...

La note au dessus de 4/5, n'est absolument pas représentative de l'établissement. Dès que l'on entre, l'air semble malsaine à respirer. De plus, il n'y a pas vraiment de lobby ou d'accueil, qu'un vieux tapis troué et moisi au sol. Un employé peut autonome a dut courir pour aller chercher le propriétaire et c'est devenu compliqué d'avoir la chambre. La chambre semblait propre cependant, il y avait toujours ce fond d'odeur, j'ose dire de moisissure qui prends à la gorge. La toilette ne fonctionnait pas. Nous n'avions aucune envie de passer une nuit dans cet endroit, nous avons dut réserver rapidement un autre hôtel pour dormir. Globalement, pour un hôtel vraiment pas cher, bien situé c'est bien. Was there in January. Rooms can get cold. Heat coned on after 7 pm. Plenty of hot water for shower. Generous thick comforter. Hotel is old and a bit rickety, but otherwise fine.

Things started with some fret, because they had chosen a room for me that, albeit very spacious, did not catch the Wi-Fi signal. I told them that I needed it in the room and they managed to get me a suitable one for the remainder of my stay. All in a very friendly and forthcoming attitude. The location, off the busy touristic center but quite close to it (actually, within meters of the entrance to the Rocca Paolina passage). Highly convenient. There is a traditional fruit market by the place next to the hotel. The breakfast is taken in a café attached to the hotel, not in the hotel itself. Quite good, though not varied.

Nice, basic hotel near the historic centre of Perugia. Mr. Oyamada is very friendly and extremely helpful with loads of local information. Italian breakfast at the cafe 30 seconds around the corner and about a 5 minute walk from the Mini Metro station. Entrance to the old town is across the street. Fruit & veg stall in front of hotel a couple of days a week. Friendly hotel cat that doesn't seem to move from its place in the front hall.

È stato un soggiorno a dir poco rilassante, il più bello di sempre, davvero. Sono stata col mio fidanzato una notte e, stremati dalla mattinata a camminare su e giù per Perugia, ci siamo ritrovati una camera matrimoniale a cui si sarebbero potute dare più di 4 stelle. Tutti comfort e gli accessori che non avremmo mai immaginato di trovare in un albergo a 2 stelle (set bagno, set tisaneria, letto e cuscini in memory, tv perfettamente funzionante,...). Riguardo la colazione siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e nell'accoglierci c'è stata una signora molto gentile. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo, ancora grazie al direttore e i suoi collaboratori per la vostra spettacolare disponibilità e super gentilezza e semplicità!

Das Hotel, die Adresse und Preis / Value sind sehr gut. Der Kontakt vor der Ankunft war inexistent (über mehrere Stunden war keiner erreichbar), und der Zimmerschlüssel klemmte für mindestens 5 Minuten jedes mal wenn wir versuchten ins Zimmer einzutreten. Aber sonst sehr freundlich, sehr nah zur Altstadt, geschmackvolles Zimmer - eigentlich waren wir vom Zimmer positiv überrascht. Nächstes Mal wieder (wenn sie den Schloss zum Zimmer in den Griff kriegen).

Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many.

Right off the bat it gave me a very medieval feel, as a preview of the overall ancient city experience. Across the street from Rocca Paolina and in a 5 minute walk from Piazza Matiotti with its market and shops, another 3 minutes to Piazza IV Novembre.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questa struttura a Perugia.Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti per la posizione dell'hotel davvero a due passi dalle scale mobili che portano direttamente in Corso Vannucci,in pieno centro storico.Il personale è stato davvero gentile e benché la colazione fosse nel bar e non direttamente in struttura era buona e a due passi dall'hotel.Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, è un hotel senza pretese ma io lo consiglio assolutamente!

The hotel was very clean and staff courteous and friendly. The furniture overall needs some refurbishing but on the whole it was quite a pleasant experience. Location was just right outside the city's escalators so made it easy to access the heart of the city and the lower part of the city. Accommodation is very basic but it is ideal for travellers like us who use the room just for keeping bags, showering and sleeping at night since the rooms are not that big.

Hotel da poche pretese, posizione comoda e struttura pulita, magari servirebbe un po’ più di manutenzione, nella nostra camera l’aria ci dizionari funzionava poco, colazione da fare al bar convenzionato, ma dopotutto se si hanno poche pretese è la giusta soluzione

Nice, basic hotel near the historic centre of Perugia. Mr. Oyamada is very friendly and extremely helpful with loads of local information. Italian breakfast at the cafe 30 seconds around the corner and about a 5 minute walk from the Mini Metro station. Entrance to the old town is across the street. Fruit & veg stall in front of hotel a couple of days a week. Friendly hotel cat that doesn't seem to move from its place in the front hall.

Things started with some fret, because they had chosen a room for me that, albeit very spacious, did not catch the Wi-Fi signal. I told them that I needed it in the room and they managed to get me a suitable one for the remainder of my stay. All in a very friendly and forthcoming attitude. The location, off the busy touristic center but quite close to it (actually, within meters of the entrance to the Rocca Paolina passage). Highly convenient. There is a traditional fruit market by the place next to the hotel. The breakfast is taken in a café attached to the hotel, not in the hotel itself. Quite good, though not varied.

The hotel is conveniently located in Piazza dela Circo, a short walk from the bus stop at Piazza dei Partigiani. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. A good continental breakfast is provided at a nearby cafe. The hotel management is friendly and attentive. A few steps from the hotel there is an entrance to the municipal escalator that provides easy access to the Centro Storico. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

Good location with an easy walk to the old town. There is an entrance to the underground fortress of Perugia directly opposite the hotel with escalators to the tunnels. Communicating was difficult as English was not spoken by the staff. Public parking is only available after a short walk and is expensive. No on site parking available. You only get good views and a balcony in the more expensive rooms. The room was clean and the aircon was a godsend.
