Owner and staff were friendly, cheerful and attentive. Room and linens spotlessly clean. Breakfast menu was extensive, food well-presented and cooked to perfection. Shower cubicle was small with no overhead spray. Towels and bathrobes were clean but certainly not fluffy! Guest lounge with good selection of books - a fridge here for guests use would have been good. Overall, a lovely home- from- home experience and good value, too.

Rosaire guest house a wonderful place to stay, Jo is an excellent host, we booked the ground floor bedroom which I throughly recommend, especially if you have mobility problems. The room was spotless, comfortable bed and lovely en-suite. The breakfast was superb. Would defiantly stay there again.

Lovely staff, great breakfast. Short walk to town. Only problem blackout curtains would be better,very light early am Otherwise excellent.

Lovely property, clean, well maintained room. Within 10 mins walk of town centre pubs/bars and restaurants. 15 mins walk to Tramway stop for Great Orme and seafront. Similar time to the west shore the other way. Friendly owner and staff, would definately recommend for short stays in Llandudno
