The only reason I’m not giving this a zero is I had a fridge and a microwave in my room. Also it was just and overnight stay. Also it’s false advertising on the sign saying rooms were newly renovated. Room looked worse than a hotel room in the 70’s and the whole hotel including registration reeked of smoke!! I wouldn’t recommend staying there unless it was an emergency situation like your car broke down and you needed a place to sleep.

I decided to stay one night this past weekend, most cheap hotels were booked up due to NASCAR being in Richmond during the weekend. This hotel was cheap and was walking distance to The Diamond for a Flying Squirrels game so I figured why not book here? I see that they are still going through the process of remodeling, they were paving the parking lot when I came in so not many spots were available, luckily they were finished a hour or so later. Staff was friendly, didn't have any issues with other guests being noisy which was great. My room was spacious, bed was comfortable, cleaning could be better, toilet was a little loose, wasn't able to take a hot shower but I managed. And it says breakfast was available, NOT TRUE, maybe only on weekends? Who knows? Overall it served its purpose.

Very moldy shower curtain. Smoking room (wanted nonsmoking). Bathroom door didn’t close. Missing microwave tray. Splatters on wall. I didn’t have high expectations with low price and was only staying short time so didn’t want to spend a lot but this wasn’t fit to be charged money for.

Ok, so I’ve stayed at my fair share of cheap hotels, but never have I been to one that had piss stains on the toiled seat, and feces and graffiti on the bathroom walls. I requested a no smoking room, the room next to me smoked so much I could taste it in my room. The “clean” towels for my room were yellowed. I would never recommend this hotel, not even for the price.

Our room had bed.bugs, there were tweaker drug dealers who looked like they lived on the first floor and were not inly indiscreet but also aggressively pushing sales on pther guests. The sex worker next door seemed nice. The zombie like homeless wandering the premises were chilling.

I had tried to call several days ahead of time to confirm my reservation, to no response. The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes, the sink was leaking and there was a large puddle of water underneath it. Not a single surface had been wiped down or cleaned from the previous guest, the shower was dirty and tiles were falling off. My wife and I walked into the room and immediately walked out to find another hotel to stay in. A refund would be kindly appreciated.

I stay the night over and killed about 5 roach. I was so scared of roach or bugs going into my luggage that I slept with all my clothes on. one of the rags looks like it was previously use so I didn't use any of the towels there I would not recommend this for family at all, maybe truckers that are passing through.

Worst motel I’ve ever stayed in! Room stunk like stale cigarettes and weed! Mold all over the bathroom. People in surrounding rooms were loud at 2am! Ended up leaving and driving 3 hours home in the middle of the night! Terrible experience!

No hot water and the shower handle fell off in my hand. The other room had hot water but the drain did not work. Someone was in the parking lot playing loud music until 1:00 a.m. the website promised a continental breakfast but the didnt even have coffee.

To start off the deadbolt was broken off. The cap covering the key while was missing. The sheets were dirty and had holes. The pillows has stains and so did the bathroom towels. The walls had dried stains on them. There was a closed door that faced the back of the property which had a balcony which was closed shut but the outside air could easily go through it. The noise from the highway mixed with the wind blowing through the big crevice next to the door was only deafened by the extremely loud heater/A/C unit. I understand it was a cheap hotel but I didn’t expect all of that.

Cheapest room in the downtown richmond area. Its near the highway so its loud. If youre traveling and need a place on a low budget this is for you. The staff are great. Great choice if youre in a band and traveling.

The one outlet has the cover removed and it felt like a fire hazard. Toilet kept running, and their were burn marks in the sheets. The lights kept going off and on without touching them, and they said it was freshly redone. Also they couldn't find me in their system when I had the confirmation pulled up on my phone.

The check in check out was smooth. The room how ever was not that great No shampoo, tiny bars of soap, evident water damage, saging celing in the bathroom, the dead bolt wouldnt work, no channel list and most important of all....no bible. Also no coffee maker or coffee and no breakfast like was advertised on their web site. They had snacks that were a bit over priced though.

Patel at the front desk was very nice. Infact all staff was very friendly. Not bad for price. Booked for an event and was very close to yhe venue. Have already booked for next years event

I was a little concerned when i first got there as someone was sleeping on the street just outside the hotel. The room is somewhat outdated but could see some upgrades. When i got to the room, i checked it out and found the light in the bathroom was very dim. I contacted the front desk and within minutes they were there to replace light bulbs. I was disappointed to find out there was no breakfast as the website says breakfast was included. The room was comfortable and very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Check-in was quick. Not the friendliest staff at the front desk but they did their job. Our room was relatively clean. The bathroom definitely could have used some more attention. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but still smelled like smoke. Our room neighbors were having a fight around 4am Check out was quick and easy

The staff was rude and impatient. I had a reservation for 2 day and check out time was 11:00. They knocked on the door at 10 and began rushing me to leave they made me hold the door open while I got dressed and packed my belongings. It was so degrading to experience they treated me like I hadn't just paid 75$ the night before. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER! On top of that the room where disgusting

When i got to the room, i checked it out and found the light in the bathroom was very dim. I contacted the front desk and within minutes they were there to replace light bulbs. I was disappointed to find out there was no breakfast as the website says breakfast was included. The room was comfortable and very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

It’s Fair, for the price is celan and confortable but the shower faucet it’s mix up between hoy and cole water, we couldn’t properly lock the door from the inside. Good location.

To start off the deadbolt was broken off. The cap covering the key while was missing. The sheets were dirty and had holes. The pillows has stains and so did the bathroom towels. The walls had dried stains on them. There was a closed door that faced the back of the property which had a balcony which was closed shut but the outside air could easily go through it. The noise from the highway mixed with the wind blowing through the big crevice next to the door was only deafened by the extremely loud heater/A/C unit. I understand it was a cheap hotel but I didn’t expect all of that.

I decided to stay one night this past weekend, most cheap hotels were booked up due to NASCAR being in Richmond during the weekend. This hotel was cheap and was walking distance to The Diamond for a Flying Squirrels game so I figured why not book here? I see that they are still going through the process of remodeling, they were paving the parking lot when I came in so not many spots were available, luckily they were finished a hour or so later. Staff was friendly, didn't have any issues with other guests being noisy which was great. My room was spacious, bed was comfortable, cleaning could be better, toilet was a little loose, wasn't able to take a hot shower but I managed. And it says breakfast was available, NOT TRUE, maybe only on weekends? Who knows? Overall it served its purpose.

Cheapest room in the downtown richmond area. Its near the highway so its loud. If youre traveling and need a place on a low budget this is for you. The staff are great. Great choice if youre in a band and traveling.

Arrived at 9 pm just to sleep while touring colleges. Very unsafe. Dirty. Impossible noise on the highway. Lots of people hanging out in the steps and balcony. Room smelled like smoking. Cigarettes holes in the duvet cover. Yellow sheets.

No hot water and the shower handle fell off in my hand. The other room had hot water but the drain did not work. Someone was in the parking lot playing loud music until 1:00 a.m. the website promised a continental breakfast but the didnt even have coffee.

The check in check out was smooth. The room how ever was not that great No shampoo, tiny bars of soap, evident water damage, saging celing in the bathroom, the dead bolt wouldnt work, no channel list and most important of all....no bible. Also no coffee maker or coffee and no breakfast like was advertised on their web site. They had snacks that were a bit over priced though.

THE MOST FILTHY PLACE I've ever been in. Gross trash can right outside my door and the window was hazed over dirty. The mini-fridge and microwave were filthy, moldy AND rusty. The SMELL of smoke, vomit and mold. There was a literal pine tree car air-freshener hanging on the AC unit. Curtains ripped. Every surface dusty and cruddy. Mirror frame falling apart and fluid drips on both mirrors. Fluid drips on the TV screen. Toilet seat was unclean and pitted. Mold and mildew. Black spots and bug crud behind nightstand. Missing an outlet cover. Only seat in there was a office chair that was ripped to shreds. I didn't want to sit on the bed or anywhere else, so I certainly didn't want to sleep on it. Crust, crud, flakes on the mattress frame around the mattress. I suspect the comforters were unwashed due to the horrid smell. Wood furniture was literally falling apart. I immediately took my luggage back out to my car to avoid bed bugs and slept in my day clothes on top of the sheets for a couple hours until I could go request a raftund for the remaining nights I'd booked. ALL night, there was loud traffic (road traffic + people traffic). Ruined my whole following day having to find another hotel and being sleep-deprived. Of course, all non-refundable. Now hotel dott com is highly censoring my perfectly legit review. It's actually worse than this. I'm disgusted w them too for only highlighting average reviews of this dirty place. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The room wasn't cleaned at all which was in a weird way ok but the desk clerk told me after I had stayed there for a week and a half that if I booked a room online. Which I had done all along that since I already had a room if I didn't want to check out until 3pm ..like it says online when check in is that I'll have to pay 20$. Wow what crooks
