They charge you for having visitors. Whet a waste of money

Took us over 30 mins to check in. When we got to our room it was dirty and smelt terrible. The sheets had brown and grey stains all over them. No towels for showers or soaps had to go buy our own. Every single night we had to have our key card rekeyed because the staff did not know how to key it for the whole stay. One night it took them ten minutes to even answer the bell for the key to be rekeyed. When the staff did come out, it looked as if he had just rolled out of bed with no shoes on. Do not recommend staying. Our mattress had a hole in it, that I had to end up putting a pillow in (not on, in that’s how big this hole was). Mattress what little of it we did have was hard as rock, with one pillow for each side that is as flat as a piece of paper. Save your money and don’t book here.

When we first got there on July 3, our rule wasn’t right as up yet it should’ve been rain when we got there, but we got to our rooms. We smell a lot of gas in our room all over then the bathroom looked nasty out. Bedding looked nasty and had holes inside the mattress and on the comfort that somebody had the mattress and covers. The shower was nasty. They did not give me enough towels and washcloth so we had to go buy some of our own Lone with the shower mat, it was terrible.
