It is a wonderful place for singles or families. The rooms are cute, tiny but with all the things you need. The owners and staff are really nice people. Just a block or so from the beach on the non-busy end. Close to food and the casino.I’m definitely going again. There is a wonderful porch outside of the rooms with tables and chairs for your family. Good sunsets.

Was an overnight after a concert at the Ballroom. Perfect for this. Very nice porch area outside all the rooms to hang with friends. Fairly easy walk to venue (less than mile) with plenty places for food along way. Would recommend highly.

Terry was great! Super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Loved the tables and seating on the deck. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and parking is tight. Highly recommend and will be back!

Check-in was fast and easy but there wasn't much parking. It was a 90°day and the ac wasn't on and it took a long time to cool down the small room. The room was cute and small but did the job and the area was close to all the things.

Cost was high but then it was a weekend and Hampton Beach 35th Seafood Festival was happening. Prior to making reservations, I looked for reservations for room with king size bed, this was the lowest price. Room was quaint with everything one needs. Room and outside area very clean. The bedding smelled clean and was the bed was very comfortable. I really liked that there was outside chairs and picnic table— it added space to the small room.

I really hate to do this, but I would have appreciated knowing this. This place was a dive! No space, extremely outdated, no heat in ridiculously small bathroom that had hair all over the floor. The water didn’t drain in sink and it had a repulsive amount of air freshener sprayed to cover up something. This might have been the worst stay of my life! Got up early to head home to shower in a clean bathroom! I highly recommend staying elsewhere!

I was greeted by a nice lady (don't know her name) who was very pleasant and explained to me what I needed to know. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it home! There was a nice porch area to sit. Definitely would stay again!

Only stayed one night for a concert event. Lana at the front desk was very friendly and answered questions I had. Room was neat and clean. Another staff member checked in to make sure the heat was on. I thought that was great.

Check in was quick and easy. No frills property, room was clean, except for shower was stained and moldy. We did not use shower. We found bed to be very uncomforable so much hat we checked out a day early. Staff was very pleasant. There is no maid service. Motel was close to everything, within walking distance to most everything. We would stay there again if it was not for the bed

Bed was not comfortable at all. We had loud voices coming from the next room almost all night. Paper thin walls. We could hear the person snoring in our room. Wouldn’t stay there.

It was clean, cozy, and the perfect spot to stay not too far from the arcades and beach area of Hampton. The bed was wicked comfy and the staff were very down to earth and I will definitely keep this place in mind if I head back there again. :)

We decided to stay at this motel after seeing good reviews on Expedia. After checking into the room, we are horrified by the conditions of the room. It’s tiny and in bad conditions. The door to the bathroom open barely one foot because it’s blocked the edge of the bed. An average size person will not be able to enter the bathroom. The shower either gives you cold water and very hot water. Nothing in-between.

The room was very clean but very small. The bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom and across the room. Not a lot of room to move around but the bed was very comfortable and all in all it was very nice.

The hotel was great. Kind and friendly host. Great location. Room was small but comfortable for our purpose. Only downfall was the bathroom was extremely small and shower was extremely small my husbnad and i are both bigger people and had a hard time taking a shower. Other then that great hotel.

The motel was perfect for me staying alone for a few days get away. It was close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The owner was very friends as was the woman who assists him. I will stay again next year.

We had a great stay at the Blue Jay Motel. There is a new owner, Terry, who was super friendly and is renovating the property. It was great for the value, very affordable and great location, easy walk to beach. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and accommodating and checked our needs during the visit. You can tell they care about your visit. Would stay again. Also great deck and sitting area to hang at outside the 2nd floor rooms.

Had a wonderful stay at the Blue Jay Motel! Cute and clean accommodations with a lovely porch. Very close to the beach and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and friendly, and ensured all our needs were met during our stay. Excellent experience and will definitely stay again.

We stayed just for a night to see a concert. It was a perfect 1 night in or even would be great for a couple days. If we stayed longer than 2 days I would have upgraded to a bigger room. But this was perfect for what we needed. Close to everything. Great price for the location. The staff was great.

Typical beach hotel. Staff was fantastic, location was great. Restaurants were kind of strange for us as it was end of season. We had to go to 4 different places to actually find someone to wait on us. One of them, we waited 15 minutes, and we're never acknowledged.

Typical beach hotel. Staff was fantastic, location was great. Restaurants were kind of strange for us as it was end of season. We had to go to 4 different places to actually find someone to wait on us. One of them, we waited 15 minutes, and we're never acknowledged.

We stay there every year to ride the Seacoast Century. It is generally clean, but this year the floor was quite gritty with sand, it is very expensive for the size of the room, but location is the reason for the high price for such a small room and tiny bathroom. There was a long wait for hot water and not a lot of flow. On the plus side, the staff there are very helpful and they let us leave our cars there on the last day of our stay as there was no one coming in.

Cute place, a bit away from all of the noise of town so it was quite for sleeping. Nice staff. Small room but we were only there one night. Walked to the beach for a morning run. Big bonus.

It was a great over all experience. Room was clean, easy parking, and comfty bed. Short walk to just about everything on the boardwalk and beach itself.
