Beautiful property that is a short driving distance to Seward and Kenai National Park. Bre was an excellent host, she made sure that her guests have either warm breakfast dining in or to-go breakfast when we had to leave early for some outdoor activities. We had some really good recommendations from her too for hiking options, tailored to our needs and interests. There are some restrictions on kitchen and bathroom use but understandable for the long term maintenance of a B&B property. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was a memorable experience.

We stayed in one of the top rooms they have and unfortunately the building is build in a very non sound proof way. So we where able to hear our room neighbors zip up their pants, peeing in the toilet, showering, snoring, all of it… in the morning between 05:30 and 06:30 you will start hearing the staff preparing the breakfast and the smell from cooking will enter the room. Overall the house and surrounding is nice but the room should not be priced as a hotel room, if it would be priced as a hostel then it would be more understandable that you can hear other people but paying 360$ a night you would hope to have a restful sleep. Unfortunately not here. So even that the staff and house is nice I would personally not recommend staying here. 5/5 for the staff, they are very friendly and tried their best for us to have a good time at their place, after letting them know that we can hear everything they gave us earplugs. Unfortunately the earplugs wont help when the cooking in the morning starts and when people start talking.

This was a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. The location was quiet but also conveniently close to Seward. Nicole’s breakfasts were wonderful, and she was so kind and helpful with local suggestions. Would absolutely stay here again!

El personal es muy amable Shannon estuvo siempre al pendiente Nicole tmb muy agradable El cuarto súper lindo La vista hermosa Nos tocó el lago congelado pero aún era bello Es de fácil acceso Muy recomendable para un buen descanso :)
