I had reserved an accessible room for my mother but it was not available. The hotel gave us a room with walk-in shower which was manageable for her knee but the shower water leaked to create a big pool on the floor. My room had a bath tub but the drain plug was broken so it barely held bath water.

The shower had hair in it and the room smelled like dog. I called room service twice, but nobody showed up. The elevators were broken and did not correctly display the floors where they stopped; they kept passing floors without stopping.

Our refrigerator was not working. Missing hairdryer. No hand towels provided. Then no washcloths given after housekeeping came through. We have stayed here several times over the years and it was fine. This was a step downhill while the price has gone up.

Loved my stay. Great staff.
