Great location!! Right on the water. Spotted manatees from the dock. Half block walk to shops and galleries. It\'s an efficiency; so there is a small kitchen (though not fully stocked with dishware, we had 1 coffee cup) there was a comfy sofa and chair. Bed was incredibly comfortable although a bit high for this 5\'4" gal. Spring fed pool was like swimming off the dock. Definitely going to return.

We had a kayak trailer. Since it was small, they allowed us to park it in a separate spot of an unused room number was available. The renovation was very well done, loved the beds, decorations, etc. AND a full kitchen. We would have loved to stay longer.

Parking was assigned. It worked. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was adequate. No spices oil etc but a basics for what’s needed. Was decorated nicely. Very roomy. Hot water did t work the first day then lukewarm after being fixed. In warm weather probably wouldn’t be a huge deal.

This property reminded me more of an air bnb style rental with a small full kitchen and all the amenities needed. Very quaint and quiet. Plenty of clothing storage if you plan on staying longer. My only suggestion would be hooks inside the shower for washcloths/bathing suits but also on the walls for hanging towels. We ended up using the hangers from the closet and hanging in the shower. The covered docking area was a little tricky to navigate and our boat got scuffed a little bit with the tides but nothing major. Well worth the money and convenience of local dining, shopping and night life, and to be able to include the boat on our staycation getaway. The ramp is down the road and can pay to park trailer in the property behind the hotel.

The lodge has the Old Florida feel and very family friendly. We were able to launch our kayak easily from the boat dock. Kayaking to the Three Sisters Springs is a must see. Also, take the time to kayak around the islands. There is a lot of wildlife. The area also have bike trails that are close by.

Love the large clean room with 2 recliners and a couch. Handy to have a kitchen with dishes and utensils, stove and a large refrigerator with an icemaker. You can walk right out your door and go sit by the water and enjoy the view. We have been here 3 times and will be back.

Furniture in the room was nice and I liked how there were Dove products in the bathroom. However, no tissue paper and cleanliness could be improved. There were hairs in our towels, in the bed and shower. There were crumbs of some type in the bed and on the floor - felt strange when we were going barefoot. Location was good - close to restaurants and kayaking. I would recommend staying elsewhere probably next time you’re in town.

Fantastic place to stay. As one patron stated, “it doesn’t get any better than this.” Full size fridge was a HIGE plus. We were able to refreeze our ice blocks and enjoy a home cooked breakfast on the road! The grounds are beautiful. The spring fed pool is super interesting. The staff was amazing.

The Location is fantastic over looking the spring, great place if your bringing your boat to dock it right on property, you can also walk to everything they have to offer downtown! The room was beautiful, comfy, and big! Would love to come back very soon.

Well worth the money and convenience of local dining, shopping and night life, and to be able to include the boat on our staycation getaway. The ramp is down the road and can pay to park trailer in the property behind the hotel.

This property reminded me more of an air bnb style rental with a small full kitchen and all the amenities needed. Very quaint and quiet. Plenty of clothing storage if you plan on staying longer. My only suggestion would be hooks inside the shower for washcloths/bathing suits but also on the walls for hanging towels. We ended up using the hangers from the closet and hanging in the shower. The covered docking area was a little tricky to navigate and our boat got scuffed a little bit with the tides but nothing major. Furniture in the room was nice and I liked how there were Dove products in the bathroom. However, no tissue paper and cleanliness could be improved. There were hairs in our towels, in the bed and shower. There were crumbs of some type in the bed and on the floor - felt strange when we were going barefoot. Location was good - close to restaurants and kayaking. I would recommend staying elsewhere probably next time you’re in town.

The lodge has the Old Florida feel and very family friendly. We were able to launch our kayak easily from the boat dock. Kayaking to the Three Sisters Springs is a must see. Also, take the time to kayak around the islands. There is a lot of wildlife. The area also have bike trails that are close by.

Very nice room that has been updated. Clean and comfortable in general. Nice comfortable king sized bed Great location and walkable to restaurants and downtown shops. Would highly recommend this hotel !

L’accueil est simplifié et courtois. Le studio est vaste, propre, bien équipé. Le jardin et les decks sont bien entretenus. Le parking est facile. Différentes activités sont accessibles à proximité. Tout y est pour un séjour agréable et réussi. Merci !

Our stay at Kings Bay Lodge was wonderful! Chancie at Front Desk sent msg that our room was available for check in early which was perfect timing for us! Candy at Front Desk was also friendly and helpful during our stay! The property was a nostalgic old Florida motor lodge with an excellent location and beautiful water views! It was clean and well maintained inside and out and clearly renovated/updated after the hurricanes in ‘24. The room was spacious, clean, cool and smelled good right when you walked in. Good furniture and tastefully decorated. Clean Kitchette with all the basics and an ice cold full size fridge. Bed and lounge chairs were comfortable and it was pretty quiet during the week and so relaxing & peaceful. The natural springs pool was cool in many ways and the sunsets were amazing! It was a great location and walking distance or very close drive to many attractions or dining. We had a little issue with a few bugs (NOT bed bugs) first night but they must’ve been aware because a pest control company was there the next day to treat & it seemed to go away. We’re Floridians so we’re used to FL bugs so it wasn’t a deal breaker. I would much rather stay here than a boring chain hotel with no view or character any day! Absolutely loved it and we’re definitely planning to stay there again because it was so charming and all the good features won us over!!! ❤️⭐️😎
