Could not be more perfectly located for acces to the park and local flavor

The location was excellent. Never really saw any staff. Never had room cleaned even when we left the sign on the door requesting it. Had to ask for towels and bath products the one time we saw someone in the office. There were no instructions on how to operate the thermostat remote which we finally figured out the last night. Loved the breakfast coupons for Oscars! Oscars is great!

What a gem! Perfect location and great atmosphere. The property is awesome. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Great place. Your own private little “hut”. Location in Springdale could not be better. Do not miss Oscar’s for breakfast (nice dinner too), 3 min walk. For dinner Dulivia Ristorante is a must. Laid back fine dining. Ask for Charlie. NB. You are in Utah. Bring a US id. If you are a foreigner, a passport is requitred if you want a drink, beer or wine.

Everything was great but it was hard to communicate with staff. I guess during our stay they were doing some renovations at a unit so the cleaners took a few days off. We were left with no clean towels or room service(cleaning it up a bit) for the duration of our stay. I finally got hold of someone that was very apologetic yet the damage was already done.
