Faucet was broken, minimal hot water, many carpet stains, linoleum was buckling, and overall falling apart. The only nice thing was the linens smelled clean. Would not stay here again.

The beds were doubles instead of queens. The rooms were old with worn carpet. The bathroom had rusty fixtures, moldy floors, not enough plugs. There were signs of water damage. The room smelled of mold. We won’t stay there again, and would not recommend it.

We were on a cross-country road trip and needed a place to sleep for a night. The property is old, but fun and full of nostalgia. The rooms were clean as were the linens. Great if you like a vintage motel, but not if you're looking for a 4-star experience.

It was one night stay for us, a quick stop. The hotel is very old. The room had very old carpet, the bathroom fixtures and basins were very old and not maintained. I had doubts about the cleanliness but everything looked so old so I was not sure, if it was the look or the cleanliness. Overall it was a not a good experience, it needs lot of upgrades. The only nice thing was the bed. We just went along with our booking but will not come back here again. The location is good with stores and restaurants nearby.

The beds were the most comfortable and had the softest sheets of any of the hotels we stayed in the whole 2 week trip. I love good Wyoming hospitality! We weren't going to get in until after the office closed so Dave left us a key and instructions. Very western themed with a variety of western art lining the hallway. This is one of our go to hotels when traveling.

If you like a vintage hotel, this one is for you. Formica countertops, old toilet, sagging overstuffed chair. The owner is pleasant and the western art on the walls is fascinating but the hotel is very tired and in need of updating…unless you love hotels from the 60’s

Cute place and the artwork is amazing both inside and out. Room was dark and we had a problem with the tv but it was fixed, pillows are uncomfortable but otherwise it was a good stay for an overnight trip

Sign on front door said it was closed and it was only 7 pm. Trying to find desk clerk took several minutes. No TV. Toilet wouldn’t flush and had to go to front desk to get a plunger. Desk clerk was nice and cooperative. Comfortable bed. Ancient decor. We saw only one other car parked at building—thought perhaps we were the sole occupants. However, multiple beds were being cleaned when we checked out.

I arrived to the office at 11:15pm. There was a note taped to the door saying the office was closed until 4am. No call or notification. After many calls there was one hotel left in Rawlins with a vacancy. Several of the hotels I spoke with said this place has a history of doing this. It happens probably 2-3 times a month.

I tried calling because I had booked the wrong city ( confusion), tried calling, couldn't leave a message, no one answered And the phone number covered several properties Told to leave a message, but the mail box was full. Tried messaging, but no response

If you are looking for a place to simply get a good night's rest and don't care about a pool or workout space, etc this is a great place as the price is very reasonable. Mike, who greeted me was friendly and helpful.

A bit dated but it was reasonably priced. Pretty clean. The pillows were nice the bed was a little harder then I'm used too. Was quiet.

The gentleman who checked me in was helpful. The building is interesting but very dated. My room was on the back side facing the train tracks - it was surprisingly quiet when the trains were going through. Carpets need to be cleaned, especially in the room I stayed in. The room was musty smelling when I arrived but opening the window and running the fan continuously helped eliminate the odor within a few hours. The air conditioner worked well, wasn’t overly loud. The mattress was comfortable, the refrigerator and microwave were clean. The shower was a little gnarly, and the sink faucet handle came off in my hand. There wasn’t anyone around when I left in the morning, so I left the room key on the front desk.

Cheap place with good rooms. Carpet and bathroom were in rough shape but clean. Dude at reception was pretty dang nice and lovely to suggest things going on in the community. Bed was soft and I slept like a baby.
