The property is 20 minutes from Waterville Valley resort. It is quiet and makes a good base for winter activities. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The indoor pool, hot tub and games are great for families.

My family and I have been traveling to the Lakes Region for 30+ years and have somehow never stumbled across Cold Spring Resort. I am so glad that we discovered it, as we enjoyed every bit of it. The unit that we stayed in was perfect for our family of five (two adults and three small children). The staff was extremely friendly and accommodated all of our needs. Our kids loved that there is an indoor and outdoor pool. Additionally, I loved being right on the golf course. Even though I did not get a chance to play a round, I plan to do so in the future. We will be looking into renting again next year for our annual vacation to the area.

Our Labor Day plans got cancelled last minute and we were able to book a 1BR unit here. Staff are friendly and helpful and we took full advantage of the sauna, hot tub, jacuzzi, and Indoor and outdoor pools - and played lots of ping pong! Unit was clean well appointed, a bit dated (80s rose and oak furniture) but in good condition. Excellent water pressure in shower. Loved our little back deck. Stayed 3 nights, extremely happy and would come back again.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit. Older property, well maintained and super clean! New carpet and paint. Beds and couches need upgrade. Pool area nice and clean, plenty of seating and umbrellas. They DO NOT provide pool towels. Great location. Would stay here again.

Great quick overnight stay for our family to do some school shopping. It was great to have an open concept and a fully stocked kitchen! Sadly we were unable to check in until 6 pm and check-out time was pretty early at 10 am the next day, some sort of discount or perk would have been appreciated but the gentleman at check-in was very friendly and informative. The kids LOVED the pools and hot tubs!! A gate for the bottom of the stairs would have been nice to have as my littles were constantly trying to go into the loft area. Other than that we had a good quick clean stay. Definitely would return!

Staff was very friendly, pool supposedly was 84 degrees but more like 60 degrees, so my kids and other kids wanted to be in the hot tub instead. The walls in the apartment where so thin we could hear everything from both sides. Our neighbors where extremely loud pass midnight hard to get the rest you expect to get. Probably wont be going back again

Staff are friendly and helpful and we took full advantage of the sauna, hot tub, jacuzzi, and Indoor and outdoor pools - and played lots of ping pong! Nice option for the area. We were visiting our son at PSU and it was very convenient. It was clean overall. The couch and bathroom had a little bit of hair from the previous occupants. That being said compared to other places in the are we have stayed this was the cleanest. The kitchen is a plus. The grounds are beautiful. The deck is nice to have your morning coffee.

The Condo was clean; fresh towels were provided daily. The kitchen was complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave, dishes, pots, pans. The only complaint was the air conditioning units are not central air and did not work very well.

We always have a great time staying at Coldspring! It’s close to everything and has some great amenities (literally right next to a golf course for example!). However, the property needs an upgrade/facelift. (Our kitchen sink was leaking, the deck needs some work, and the second bedroom has no air conditioning.) But I would stay here again for sure!

The finishes are a little dated, but very clean overall. The walkway to the apartment was difficult to navigate with a broken foot and cane, the sidewalk had large dips and twists that couldn’t accommodate my walker.

The property overall is a good choice for the area. It’s definitely dated but nicer than some of the brand hotels nearby. Having a kitchen and living room is very nice. The views from the condo are beautiful. We have now stayed in a two bedroom and a one bedroom. If you have mobility issues choose the two bedroom and ask for a first floor. Even though the condo is all one level you need to walk up stairs to the second floor. The sleeping area for the one bedroom is a loft. You need to climb relatively steep and narrow stairs. The bathroom is downstairs. It worked for us but we were concerned at first. It could be an issue for some. Plymouth State University is very close.

Office staff was very helpful to make my stay very comfortable. I got there 3 hours before check-in time and the manager moved me to a bigger rental so I wouldn't have to wait. They were great and so was the place we stood at .

Great quick overnight stay for our family to do some school shopping. It was great to have an open concept and a fully stocked kitchen! Sadly we were unable to check in until 6 pm and check-out time was pretty early at 10 am the next day, some sort of discount or perk would have been appreciated but the gentleman at check-in was very friendly and informative. The kids LOVED the pools and hot tubs!! A gate for the bottom of the stairs would have been nice to have as my littles were constantly trying to go into the loft area. Other than that we had a good quick clean stay. Definitely would return!

The property is 20 minutes from Waterville Valley resort. It is quiet and makes a good base for winter activities. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The indoor pool, hot tub and games are great for families.

The property overall is a good choice for the area. It’s definitely dated but nicer than some of the brand hotels nearby. Having a kitchen and living room is very nice. The views from the condo are beautiful. We have now stayed in a two bedroom and a one bedroom. If you have mobility issues choose the two bedroom and ask for a first floor. Even though the condo is all one level you need to walk up stairs to the second floor. The sleeping area for the one bedroom is a loft. You need to climb relatively steep and narrow stairs. The bathroom is downstairs. It worked for us but we were concerned at first. It could be an issue for some. Plymouth State University is very close.

This place is decent. We stay a lot. My only complaint is the sofa is fairly uncomfortable. We've stayed in many units but it's always the same. I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture for 200.00 a night. It's centrally located between the lakes and mountains, is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a residential area so it's quiet. The people that work there are great. Indoor/outdoor pools. Two bedroom units come with washer and dryer.

Convenient location to the Pemi River, hiking, Sculptured Rocks and close to Plymouth. Definitely needs updating in the condos, however it was perfect for a fun long weekend with the family to go tubing down the Pemi and chill poolside. Good price and well stocked kitchen. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Family friendly atmosphere. Will return!

Cold Spring Resort was a very affordable, basic resort. The staff were amazing and helpful. The only thing I would improve on is to either provide coffee/tea in the apartments or let people know that it is not available, since in my experience most resorts/hotels do offer it.

Roomy with two floors. Sleeping accommodations were upstairs and an eating area and sofa were on the main level as was the bathroom and kitchenette. Mattress was a bit soft for me. Overall an enjoyable place to stay.

The outdoor hot tub does not work The indoor hot tub has paint flakes floating all inside of it and is kind of murky and gross. The pool outside is freezing cold and the indoor pool is as expectedalos The hours of use for the amenities is very poor. 8:45 p.m. closing time is way too early it should be open till at least 10 pm And the game room is a joke. There are no real games to play so all around the amenities are poor The washer and dryers are very small and two of them were out of service at the time of my stay however, they say it's a resort, but it's more like a golf course country club. Everything is far away from each other. It's not inclusive. And it can be very loud because of all the lawn mowers that they have mowing the grass for the golf course all Allnight long
