The apartment was just as described and shown in pictures. Check in was smooth, and the corner apartment facing the ocean was spectacular. The property has two pools, both extremely clean and climate control. Direct beach access with chairs, towels and umbrella service from 9am-5pm. Front desk staff welcoming and courteous. Will definitively come back!

We were enjoying of staying in this Apartment. The apartment was clean. We had an amazing view to the city and ocean. The better take apart with a balcony. There are 2 warm swimming pools and a hot tub in the building. The building is very close to the beach and walk way. The valet parking available 20$ per night.

The property is on the beach and the ocean view we paid for was spot on and gorgeous. We loved the big balcony over looking the beach and was the highlight of the experience. The staff in general were unwelcoming and always on their cell phones. we showed up 15 mins early for check in and instead of being welcomed with a smile I received a confrontational attitude from the concierge on duty. The spa jacuzzi at the pool was broken and had caution tape around it the whole weekend. The weather was great and would have kept the windows open, but there was constant loud music being pumped 24 hours a day through the condo/hotel building. The furniture inside was subpar and very cheap . dining chairs were flimsy and uncomfortable and the couch in the living room was out of a Big Lot Walmart box store. The Wi-FI internet was slow and unreliable inside the condo. I will look elsewhere next year. The Cons outweighed the Pros for how much we paid to stay there. This was not a 5 star stay and not even close. It had the potential to be great and fell flat on its face do to poor customer service and being cheap in apartment furniture. The view however was fantastic but not worth the money!

SO happy I found this place. Easy check in process. The room was so spacious, clean & gorgeous! Had all the amenities I needed! Pool & hot tub were beautiful, easy to get to the beach. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Will definitely be coming back!

I recently stayed with my son at the Monte Carlo hotel to celebrate my birthday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so welcoming! The apartment was beautiful: spacious, clean, and had an amazing view, and the overall vibe of the hotel was elegant but still relaxed. The location was also perfect, close to everything I wanted to see and do. I especially loved the pool area and the easy beach access. The main pool on the ground floor was closed our entire time there. The pool on the 5th floor was open but that pool you can't actually swim in due to it being so shallow. The pool goes from 1ft to basically 3ft deep. The reason I chose this property was for the main pool. Should have been notified prior so I could have chosen another property to stay at. Also will never go through Global Luxury again.

WoW, wonderful location close to the beach. Beach towels, long chairs and parasol included. Both pools, pool area, gym and lounge area were well maintained and clean. Room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We used the washer and dryer in the room. We stayed 4 nights for family trip and will definitely return.

The view was amazing , the staff was really friendly , the room and apartment itself was gorgeous. My takeaway: the water pressure was extremely low when we tried to adjust the settings to a more bearable temperature , leaving us never to have a really nice shower. 2 : the tiling in the bathroom shower had mildew on it. I throughly enjoyed my stay , love the bed. Besides those take always I’ll book again.

Room had black mold growing all over the ceiling, especially where the main vent for the a/c was. Bed room looked clean walking in until you saw the black mold stained headboards and tainted pillows. 3 out of 4 pillows were either blacked with mold or yellow. Never again

We were actually very disappointed in this property. For the extremely high rate that Expedia charged to stay here, this definitely fell WAY short of a luxury resort. The property itself seemed to be reasonably maintained with the exception that the pool was dirty with things like napkins or small pieces of trash in it. In the room itself, there was paint slopped all over things like the wall switches, floor tile, etc. Every closet door came off the rail when you opened it and the bottoms of all doors were delaminating. The bathroom wall had black mildew in the grout of the tile, and both the toilet paper holder and hand towel bar fell off the wall when used. We had 4 people checking in but were only initially given 2 washcloths. I had to call twice and it took over 4 hours to get more. You don’t get fresh towels unless you call. There are multiple light switches that turn on nothing. One of the wall plugs was loose so you had to jiggle it to get it to work. The handle on the fridge was lose, the bed post was broken, and the bedroom door handle was lose/not properly installed. The balcony door couldn’t lock.Pretty much anywhere you look there was something needing to be repaired. On the positive side, the building was quiet, beach chairs were nice and we had no trouble getting one, playground very close that our children loved, and valet was quick and easy. Having a grocery store and Walgreens within walking distance was a definite convenience. We didn’t need our rental car.

The room was clean and had everything you needed for the first time. There is a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. Close to the beach. The room did not have a balcony, next time I will only take one with a balcony. There are several points that require cosmetic repairs.

We were booked to stay here for four nights! On the first night we spotted over 20 cockroaches in our room and saw one in reception. Needless to say we had to leave after one night. We have asked repeatedly for a refund of our money and got no where. There doesn’t seem to be a way to get in touch with Expedia for their help. If you are reading this Expedia, can you please arrange a refund of our money or at least get in touch with me! I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy it is disgraceful and should be closed down until the cockroaches are dealt with.

Pros: very clean condo, white sheets, everything white. Complimentrary water and coffee was nice after airport travel. Washer & Drier made is super convenient since we had no balcony. Beach is 1 min walk with enough chairs and umbrellas. Cons: couldn't get in touch with management prior to travel, asked a few questions and never for answers. Loud AC or boiler and a very loud bed. Luckly I packed earplugs. Also please invest $50 in cheap rugs, the tile is not cozy at all. Place is clean and white, but lacking coziness, very little space. Add shelf or hangers for towels.

The front desk on the property has nothing to do with this property owner. So, tried to contact the customer number but nothing worked out. Multiple bites from bugs. Dirty dirty dirty! Apartment was very nice and spacious! It had all the necessary amenities. Great view and comfy bed. Multiple pools on the property and it sits right on the ocean. Only downside was unpredictable Miami weather and valet parking is $20 a day plus tips. After speaking with Bushra Chaudhry in guest service, I will gladly book with them again for future vacations.

My wife and I and a daughter had one bedroom suite with kitchen for 4 nights. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sofa bed was great for my daughter. My wife and my daughter were able to tele-work in the room with fast Wi-Fi. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The valet parking was so convenient with quick in and out. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach and loved the landscape surrounding. We will definitely come back and would highly recommend it.

The staff in general were unwelcoming and always on their cell phones. we showed up 15 mins early for check in and instead of being welcomed with a smile I received a confrontational attitude from the concierge on duty. The spa jacuzzi at the pool was broken and had caution tape around it the whole weekend. The weather was great and would have kept the windows open, but there was constant loud music being pumped 24 hours a day through the condo/hotel building. The furniture inside was subpar and very cheap . dining chairs were flimsy and uncomfortable and the couch in the living room was out of a Big Lot Walmart box store. The Wi-FI internet was slow and unreliable inside the condo. I will look elsewhere next year. The Cons outweighed the Pros for how much we paid to stay there. This was not a 5 star stay and not even close. It had the potential to be great and fell flat on its face do to poor customer service and being cheap in apartment furniture. The view however was fantastic but not worth the money!

My wife and I stayed here in mid June 2024 in a "luxury corner 1 bedroom apartment". Check in time was a bit excessive. We got up to our room and when I opened the door I immediately thought this is not "luxury". After looking around and inspecting the unit, here is what I found. Very sloppy paint job with missed spots on walls and ceilings and wall paint slopped all over trim and paint on tile floors. Laundry area bifold door hanging offtrack and couldn\'t be fixed without repair. Bathroom quality was like a motel. Duct tape on the shower/tub floor covering something. Very uncomfortable bed. The outdoor pool off our balcony was drained of water and un-usable. Whole unit was cleaned poorly with dirt in corners. Very poor selection of kitchen ware. There was a faulty flickering LED bulb in the bathroom. I unscrewed it for the night and then the next morning took it to the front desk to ask for a replacement. They wouldn\'t give me one but said they would send up maintenance. Maintenance never showed up that day so I set it out in the hallway on the floor by the door thinking maybe they\'ll just swap it out. We never had that light bulb replaced our entire stay. Forced valet parking and would feel uncomfortable if they weren\'t tipped every time. Problem with A/C a couple times, I eventually had to shut off the system and restart it. Overall old, lacks maintenance, far from luxury, dirty and lacking amenities. For the price, this place is a joke. Worth half at best.

The room was clean and had everything you needed for the first time. There is a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. Close to the beach. The room did not have a balcony, next time I will only take one with a balcony. There are several points that require cosmetic repairs.

Pros: very clean condo, white sheets, everything white. Complimentrary water and coffee was nice after airport travel. Washer & Drier made is super convenient since we had no balcony. Beach is 1 min walk with enough chairs and umbrellas. Cons: couldn't get in touch with management prior to travel, asked a few questions and never for answers. Loud AC or boiler and a very loud bed. Luckly I packed earplugs. Also please invest $50 in cheap rugs, the tile is not cozy at all. Place is clean and white, but lacking coziness, very little space. Add shelf or hangers for towels.

I would so very much like to give this place a full 5 stars. The view is perfect. The very generous balcony is heavenly. The walls of glass windows are everything I could have hoped for. The valets are great. The sunbeds and umbrellas set out every morning on a not crowded beach are fabulous. Even the elevators are not a problem-which they often are in Miami. These are all the things that truly matter to me on vacation. My complaints are minor-to me, but might be very aggravating to some. There was a paucity of silverware and kitchen accoutrements. No baking pans of any kind. Only 3 spoons, etc. I’m sure these have disappeared over time, but frankly they are cheap and easy to replace. No one is expecting Le Cruset. The ice maker was broken and the shelves in the refrigerator were missing-except for the one that fell off immediately when I placed something in it. The walk-in closet door kept coming off the track. These were all minor annoyances to me, but, gee, they are also the easiest to fix or replace. After all, there is a generous walk-in closet. Don’t let the silly door detract from it. Pick up some silverware and cheap baking pans from the dollar store-so that it doesn’t detract from the fact that there is a full kitchen. The hotel is clean and comfortable and filled with light. The furniture is comfortable and plentiful -especially around the pools. The view is second to none. And there are actually some exceptionally friendly and kind staff here.

The apartment was just as described and shown in pictures. Check in was smooth, and the corner apartment facing the ocean was spectacular. The property has two pools, both extremely clean and climate control. Direct beach access with chairs, towels and umbrella service from 9am-5pm. Front desk staff welcoming and courteous. Will definitively come back!

The customer service is super bad, they don't greet you when you arrive, they told you that there was free parking and there wasn't free parking, you have to throw away your own garbage, there is no customer service number, there is no cleaning service for the apartment even if you have to pay, there is no place to make a suggestion or claim. I really don't recommend it.

My wife and I and a daughter had one bedroom suite with kitchen for 4 nights. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sofa bed was great for my daughter. My wife and my daughter were able to tele-work in the room with fast Wi-Fi. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The valet parking was so convenient with quick in and out. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach and loved the landscape surrounding. We will definitely come back and would highly recommend it.

If you’re check in time is 2pm, they won’t even entertain you to check in at 1:55pm…. They’ll make you wait 5minutes even if there’s no other client checking in. 😏

It is a beautiful view from this hotel , but this hotel is very bad at service and it’s not clean. You have to wash your own towels. Gym clothes at 10 pm Hot tub was not working. The check-in is at 4 pm and they never let us know that our room was ready. If you leave luggage, you have to pay for it. Customer service is very poor.

I booked an ocean view room, I got a partial ocean view room. When I went to ask, the lady who was in the front desk had an attitude and said “you have to call the company”. When I turned my back she was laughing with another person who was sitting next to her. she was clearly laughing at me I don’t know why, but this was very unprofessional. I’m addition, the room was not clean, we were supposed to get free bottled water, and we only got two on our very first day and that was it. I feel very disappointed, I regret choosing this hotel.

The property is located in a very safe area. As soon as you pull up to the lobby doors, a valet/door man is awaiting to help you inside and park your vehicle for a small fee. The lobby attendees are warm and very friendly and are willing to help you in any way possible. The suite itself is beautiful and very inviting, the views of the city, the bay and the ocean round out and make it worthwhile staying here. I think the only thing that might need to be updated is the sofa bed, which seems pretty worn out, but besides that the 2 pools and spa area is phenomenal. Quick and easy access to the beach out back, will definitely be returning back and will push to stay in either an oceanfront or corner oceanview next time.

The bed was like a hammock, they never came to check the living room TV which didn’t work, the bathroom was small with no counter space, we had to walk thru the garage to get to the beach and no restaurant. And extreme difficulty in checking in as reservation missing…had to pay for another room and have waited for over 30 days for a refund from the first reservation which was canceled. Avoid Global Luxury Suites like the plague

It was my first time at Monte Carlo and I loved it. The apartment is spacious, clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need. You are welcomed with complimentary snacks and the apartment has the largest and nicest towels I've ever seen in hotels as well as super nice sheets. The management company was very responsive and pleasant and helped me with getting extra sheets, extending my stay, etc. The property and amenities are amazing, including a lounge area, two swmming pools, exclusive entrance to the boardwalk and beach. They also provide beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. It's fantastic. I'll definitely come back and bring family and friends!

I would highly recommend this place to family/couple/friends. Anyone who would like a great view from the apartment (partial view), convenient gated access to beach.
