Global Luxury Suites at Monte Carlo

Zimmer fanden wir sehr gut, sauber und super aussicht. Valet parking finde ich nervig und das personal ist nur freundlich wenn man dollars springen lässt. Mir wurde 2 mal parken abgebucht und bis heute keine antworten auf emails. Kommunikation mangelhaft, aufenthalt war top!

Personalet er ekstremt hjælpsomt og servicemindet. Ved ankomst opdagede vi at vores pengeskab ikke virkede og at bordet på altanen var skævt. Vi nævnte det i receptionen, og 5 minutter efter var der en der bankede på for at afhjælpe problemerne. Dejlig ferielejlighed lige ved stranden og den dejlige strandpromenade, hvor man både kan løbe, cykle og gå dejlige ture helt fra Surfside til South Beach. Hvis man bestiller en lejlighed med delvis havudsigt vender altanen typisk sådan, at man både har udsigt til havet og til intracoastal, hvilket er meget flot. Fint køkken, hvor man kan lave aftensmad osv., hvis det ønskes - og stort køleskab med fryser.

Beach view is amazing

We experienced multiple issues during our stay and received no effective support from the property, despite numerous attempts to contact their Customer Relations team by phone, email, and text messages, all documented. From the very first day, we reported that the unit was in very poor conditions. The unit had a strong unpleasant odor, the floor was greasy, and the same issue affected the kitchen cabinets, bathroom sink, and bathtub. The kitchen was poorly equipped, the furniture was in poor condition, all chairs in the living area were rusted, and even the dishwasher was dirty with visible rust inside. Beyond the condition of the apartment itself, what is most concerning is the complete lack of follow-through and accountability. We were repeatedly told that the issues would be “reviewed” and “addressed,” including a specific commitment on March 26 that actions would be taken. However, no effective resolution was ever provided during the stay. Despite multiple follow-ups and explicit requests for updates, communication became increasingly limited, and after checkout, our messages have been completely ignored.

Was a beautiful room , the 2 pools were warm and hot tub was hot! We were able to check our luggage in early and used the propertys pool and we were given 2 chairs and an umbrella to use on the beach which was just a few feet away!
