We’ve stayed there once before because it was very inexpensive for being right on the beach when we came back this time they’ve now added $10 a day parking fee. There is no air conditioning, which is fine pretty much nothing on that should be treasure. I don’t know if it’s the building is concrete or what it is, but it was like a heater was on in that room and there was no heater. There was no vents in the room. Granted San Diego was a little bit hotter than normal, but it was miserable. We were trying to find things to do so we didn’t have to go back to the room they give me one standup fan, but the fan is old. It didn’t work that well. I had to request a second fan twice and finally got one but overall it just Was not a pleasant day whatsoever. They take $100 hold when they check you in and it’s a week later, and I still have yet to see that money back onto my account.

Great location. Lots of good places to eat nearby. No in room coffee and no refrigerator was out of normal expectations. Bed and pillows great.

It is a funky motel without AC. The staff is very nice. Parking is $10 a day. You are a block from the beach and that makes this motel amazing. It is walkable to so many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc.
