Holiday Inn New York City - Times Square by IHG

Although the rooms were functional and pleasant, the front of the hotel is a public park where non-guests can hang out, play music, smoke (which they are not supposed to do), giving the entrance a very seedy appearance. Fortunately there is always a security guard standing by. There are only 2 elevators for 30 plus floors and it "dings" at every floor. Also, our room's air conditioning was very loud.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de quatre nuits, chambre très confortable, très agréable avec une vue imprenable sur l’Edge Il est vrai qu’à l’entrée de l’hôtel, il y a des clochards, mais il y a toujours un service de sécurité donc ça ne pose pas de problème. Franchement je recommande cet hôtel.

The only problem was having to ask for towels a few times

Some of the staff were very rude & I still didn’t receive my deposit fee back I stayed at a hotel 2 days later & received my payment already but not from this hotel
